“It was a busy Saturday night so I was glad I made a reservation with OT. When I arrived there was a reserved sign on the table. We had Thai food and sushi . We had two different crunch rolls, Massaman curry with beef and Pad see ew with chicken. Everything was quite good.“

They fulfilled my special request of adding extra (x3) eggs to my fried rice, and their sesame chicken is simply delicious. The floors are clean, not sticky, and of course very gorgeous. The small shopfront that they have over the counter is simple but very darling. The lady that helped us was very nice and asked if it was our first visit and let us know about their order system. We ordered and got our food in record time. Out of all the ramen places I've been I have never had the bowl in front of me faster than here. The food was absolutely delicious and we did get some sushi too. “I asked Mrs. K. what she wanted for dinner and she said, "Poké!" so I let Yelp find it for us along the way to where we're spending the night. We arrived at Poké Bar (it's a chain) at around 7pm on Friday and other than three other dudes eating their dinner and drinking some boba, we were alone.

We noticed that the restaurant was clean as we checked over the poké bar, other than a whole lot of boxes stacked in the back. As we ordered our bowl, the tuna ran out but the young man serving pulled out a fresh tray from the cooler and removed the wrap. Yay!

On a sticky white rice base, tuna and salmon, topped with spicy avocado, seaweed salad, krab salad and sesame seeds. With a bit of wasabi on the side that was not needed as the fish was perfectly fresh tasting. The rice was sticky enough that we did not need a fork and we cleared the plate. Quite delicious, filling and fresh tasting.

We'd eat at Poké Bar again!

The person working the counter was super friendly. He an iPad available with all the pictures of the meals and tailored it to what I wanted which was half rice half noodles with chicken and steak hibachi and I was also craving the sushi and he recommended the Soho roll, which I enjoyed so much.

“I've been to Gom Shabu Shabu since it first open. The owner is very sweet and kind. The restaurant is very cozy and family friendly. The food is simply and tasty. I love the secret peanut sauce. I highly recommend. I do come and visit once or twice a week.“

“Our friends brought us here for our wedding anniversary. We came three prior for our son's graduation. It was great then. This time we had less people and we made reservations for four. We were sat at the Hibachi and the hostess waited on us with excellent customer service. She asked about drinks and were we ready to order. She took our order and we were served the drinks, and the complimentary salad with ginger dressing and the soup. Our Hibachi Chef came out about 10 minutes later with all the meats and ingredients. He was very friendly and congratulated us on our anniversary!
He did all the tricks with the eggs and seasoning g. He was very skillful. He even scooped up the rice in a bowl and flipped it a couple of times and then posed to flip the bowl of rice to me and laughed. The bowl of rice was not tossed over to me but handed to me, lol. He cooked over food well and seasoned it great! No complaints. Only that our waiter never came to refill our glasses with water or Sprite. The space is big for large parties. They had plenty of Hibachi grills. We will definitely return!“
