Taiyo Ramen & Sushi is a new spot in Lawrenceville, cozy and intimate. The service is fast and informative, suggesting delicious options like the Naruto roll wrapped in cucumber with three types of fish. The Godzilla roll was okay, but the Lawrenceville roll stood out. The ambiance is beautiful, with friendly staff ready to answer questions. The sushi is outstanding, with rolls like Dragon, Lawrenceville, and Dancing Shrimp being favorites. The Miso soup and Pepper Tuna are also highlights, cooked to perfection. Although they don't have their liquor license yet, it's a must-visit for quality sushi and ramen. A great addition to the area, perfect for lunch or dinner.
