“We were thoroughly impressed by the freshness and flavor of our sushi! On our first visit, we found the restaurant pleasantly uncrowded, with only a couple of families dining in. The service was efficient, despite being attended to by just two young staff members.
Our sushi, ordered to go, exceeded expectations and was absolutely delicious. We look forward to becoming regular patrons!“

“My daughter and I have been eagerly counting down the days until Okiboru opened. What a treat it was to enjoy lunch there today! We arrived about five minutes before the store was supposed to open and were prepared to wait outside. Nope! The door opened for us and we were happily ushered inside to the beautiful new eatery. We were pleased with many choices on the menu—truly something for everybody—and enjoyed all of the dishes we tried today. We ordered spicy ramen, Tsukemen, and two different smell plates to ensure we got to taste a variety of menu offerings. Everything was delicious and brought us back to sampling ramen on a trip to Japan several years ago. Customer service was also excellent. The restaurant may be new but the staff already have everything down perfectly. A shoutout to our waitress Cassie who made sure we knew all about tsukemen, guided us when we asked for some pronunciation help, and made sure we were taken care of well for the duration of our visit. We will be back time and time again. Okiboru is a welcome addition to the food available at the mall!“

“I love this place. This is the best place you should go to. It's little pricey, but it will still be worth it. You should go because it has great ramen, great service and receiving us Greek. “I was not prepared for the experience this restaurant offers. Walking in, it feels like absolute weeaboo heaven (There was even a poster up front for a Demon Slayer-themed meet-up!). Not only that, but the booths are in stacked hexagons that you walk up stairs to access. The beverages and their ramen are great as well; I recommend the grapefruit tea and the curry ramen. Overall, it's an amazing place and I'll definitely come back sometime.“

“Wish I'd gotten a picture to show, but that soy infused boiled egg, looked a lot like a spoiled egg. I know, I know Shoyu Tamago looks that way, but I did expect to see white closet to the yolk. At any rate, it was a bit disconcerting to see those murky brown and tan orbs in my Spicey DanDan. Traded them out for more edamame and enjoyed ky meal. Overall great place and nice experience.“
