My daughter and I have been eagerly counting down the days until Okiboru opened. What a treat it was to enjoy lunch there today! We arrived about five minutes before the store was supposed to open and were prepared to wait outside. Nope! The door opened for us and we were happily ushered inside to the beautiful new eatery.

Jacob and Quinn did great work taking care of us celebrating my wife’s birthday. Food was delicious and they even helped us keep our cake cold in the fridge during a hot summer day! 10/10 would come again. Make sure to check out their spicy tonkotsu and steamed pork buns!
Went for early lunch on Sunday.
First time, so tried Paitan Tsukemen (amazing dipping sauce, incredibly rich and flavorful) and spicy cabbage (perfect balance of tart and spicy -- excellent complement to the noodles).
Absolutely excellent. Would definitely come back!!!
