“I was traveling thru and met up with a friend for dinner.
Let me tell you, this was the best dang dinner I ever had!!!
We were seated with a family that knew the cook and everyone there. Between our cook and this family, we were laughing all night long.
Our hibachi was so very good, steak was so tender!! I wish I had gotten names from everyone. If im ever in the area again, I will definitely go back!!!“

“We went to Sakégura for the first time yesterday to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we had an all around wonderful experience!! We initially had a 6pm reservation for a party of 8 but needed to adjust the time earlier at the last minute. They graciously accommodated and were most welcoming and attentive to our family. Everything was set up, including the high chair, when we entered, and the service was expedient, efficient and exceptional. Very, very friendly and professional team. As a family with diverse dietary restrictions, we appreciated the careful attention to ensure clarity when taking our orders. The hibachi chef was also superb, taking time to engage the kids, acknowledge my hubby's birthday and verify the details of each order. The food was perfectly cooked to order with generous portions. Overall, it was one of the absolute best dining experiences we've had in a while. We've lived in the area for five years, and I've shopped in this area regularly but have never tried Sakégura. We've been missing out, but we'll definitely return. My high standards of excellence were exceeded. Thank you Sakégura team!!“

“Initial impression was that it’s a little pricey for the variety of selection they offer but boy was I wrong! Every sushi, roll and dishes were great! “The sashimi platter was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of fish options. However, for someone sensitive to texture, some of the sushi was a bit challenging to eat due to the mix of soft, crunchy, and chewy pieces. Some flavors were incredibly bold and left me craving more. The service was excellent, though I did notice that the prices have increased significantly.
I was missing quite a few of my sides from the platter 😏

“So I know I have said it many times but Nuri Sushi on Sugarloaf can't be beat. We have had take out twice this week and just the best. The packing of the sushi rice is such an important element for great sushi and they have it down just right. Every roll paid great attention to. Closed on Tuesdays but ready 6 others,“

“I asked Mrs. K. what she wanted for dinner and she said, "Poké!" so I let Yelp find it for us along the way to where we're spending the night. We arrived at Poké Bar (it's a chain) at around 7pm on Friday and other than three other dudes eating their dinner and drinking some boba, we were alone.
We noticed that the restaurant was clean as we checked over the poké bar, other than a whole lot of boxes stacked in the back. As we ordered our bowl, the tuna ran out but the young man serving pulled out a fresh tray from the cooler and removed the wrap. Yay!
On a sticky white rice base, tuna and salmon, topped with spicy avocado, seaweed salad, krab salad and sesame seeds. With a bit of wasabi on the side that was not needed as the fish was perfectly fresh tasting. The rice was sticky enough that we did not need a fork and we cleared the plate. Quite delicious, filling and fresh tasting.
We'd eat at Poké Bar again!

“Great place, went for the first time today and it was very empty. But the quality of their sashimi is amazing, may be the best I have seen. However, my complaint is than the menu has little to no clarification and the sashimi I was looking for was simply an appetizer. It was very difficult to understand what the menu items were and it felt like we were guessing. The service was great and staff were polite.“

“We were thoroughly impressed by the freshness and flavor of our sushi! On our first visit, we found the restaurant pleasantly uncrowded, with only a couple of families dining in. The service was efficient, despite being attended to by just two young staff members.
Our sushi, ordered to go, exceeded expectations and was absolutely delicious. We look forward to becoming regular patrons!“

“My work team decided to celebrate one of our co-workers’ birthdays and do some team building at Fumi, and when I tell you that was one of the best decisions we could have made, believe me! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was amazing, the food was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
A huge shoutout to Megan and the hibachi cook for making the night so enjoyable. They were both fantastic, entertaining, and incredibly attentive, but Megan truly stood out with her vibrant personality and outstanding customer service. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire time.
We are beyond grateful for the experience and can honestly say we will definitely be coming back again. If you love hibachi and are looking for a fun place with great food and even better service, we 100% recommend Fumi!“

“It was a busy Saturday night so I was glad I made a reservation with OT. When I arrived there was a reserved sign on the table. We had Thai food and sushi . We had two different crunch rolls, Massaman curry with beef and Pad see ew with chicken. Everything was quite good.“
