“I have been going to this location for many years. The food is always been very good and reasonably priced. They recently raised their prices to be compatible. There is an ingredient that has changed for me even though they said it has not, so I don't attend as often. Staff okay. Cooks are good. Great for lunch. Atmosphere could be more lively so little dark“
“On a Friday at lunch, it was just busy enough that the hibachi grill filled up with two other couples quickly, allowing us to be seated promptly. The Sushi was fresh and masterfully prepared. The pot of lemon ginger tea was well-spiced and flavorful. The salad with the house-special ginger puree was adequate, and the Hibachi Chicken and vegetables were well prepared and consistent with what you would expect. Sakegura food delivers on consistency. There is nothing too special about their dishes, but you feel that you received the food experience you were seeking.“
“My rating definitely has more so to do with the staff and service. They were good people and made the experience there enjoyable. My husband loved his sashimi. We didn't try the hibachi but based on the volume of people that were there on Saturday night, we might need to try that.“
“One of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant hands down! Jeffrey our server and his family gave a smile at every meeting and were willing to accommodate whatever my husband and I needed before we even asked. The food was flavorful without being salty. I especially love this because those who want to add soy sauce can do so without ruining the dish. The chicken teriyaki was the best I have had, i usually think its too sweet. The seaweed salad was beautifully served in a martini glass. Presentation on everything was beautiful. This family owned restaurant made us feel like family. 10/10“
“First time at Saka-E.I ordered 3 special rolls (Trust Me, Caterpillar, Rainbow) and some Sashimi.There was nothing wrong with Sashimi. They were fresh and cleanly cut, and the presentation was well executed.However, the rolls were quite lacking, and this was a big deal for me since I’m more of a rolls guy than a Sashimi guy.1. Rolls were small and had stingy amounts of ingredients on the inside, resulting in the majority of its composition being made up of rice.2. Rolls were pretty much flavorless and no amount of soy sauce could fix it. Probably the result of the rolls having so much rice and very little of the other ingredients.3. Caterpillar roll didn’t come topped with eel sauce and they included tiny bits of eel on the inside. On the contrary, they included huge chunks of cream cheese so that’s literally all i could taste; yuck!If in the future I am looking for sashimi, then maybe, just maybe, I would return. However, I don’t see myself going back to Saka-E for their bland rolls.PS - Their salad dressing and miso soup were on point and delicious.“

“A fusion Asian restaurant with a mix of Korean and Chinese cuisine. The interior was nicely decorated and the servers were friendly. The pig's feet were good, the nurungji stew was good, and the atmosphere was nice. However, the food was a bit sweet for me. All in all, it was worth eating. It's just that authentic food tastes better to my taste.“
“This place is now Takano. Who cares. Whats in a name. What's in this place is amazing sushi...ramen...udon...tonkatsu. I've had nothing bad here. I want to try their curry next. I watch many videos on people who live in Japan and their food experiences. This is almost exactly like what they show, and I love it.“
