“Extreme Teriyaki is a great place if you're looking to eat something on the go or even stay and eat there. The interior is clean and organized. There is plenty of seating and they have different sauces for you to take as needed. The parking is also ample as this restaurant is in a plaza! The food is really good! I've ordered the chicken and salmon teriyaki entrees which have always been delicious. Their fried rice with vegetables is great as well!! Another reason why I love this locations is because of the service. The person who takes the orders (I wish I would have gotten their name) is always so nice! The food comes out very timely which is always a plus.“

“Hands down, the best sushi I've ever had. They incorporate truffle oil in some of their rolls and if you like truffle, you cannot go wrong. Very savory. I'd recommend the avocado balls, crunchy spicy tuna roll and the snow crab in miso soup. The truffle aioli salmon appetizer is another hit. The cocktails - Wow! Thai Me Up is a their version of a spicy margarita but they use some sort of oil and it is delicious! I'll be craving that drink for a long time. It's not cheap but if you're looking for a treat or have a special occasion, it's a full recommend from me! They also have super cool gachapon you just have to ask the staff at the counter for some tokens. The food itself is amazing, i will definitely be making myself a regular here. The staff and chef are so warm and friendly. The dishes are always top tier. Our usual will be the Surf & Turf which has wagyu steak and so delicately delicious and the Sushi Deluxe which is the 12pc nigiri is always so fun and exciting to eat. I always start with their vegetable tempura because I love vegetables and anything tempura, takes me back to my childhood! They were fresh and cleanly cut, and the presentation was well executed.However, the rolls were quite lacking, and this was a big deal for me since I’m more of a rolls guy than a Sashimi guy.1. Rolls were small and had stingy amounts of ingredients on the inside, resulting in the majority of its composition being made up of rice.2. Rolls were pretty much flavorless and no amount of soy sauce could fix it. Probably the result of the rolls having so much rice and very little of the other ingredients.3. Caterpillar roll didn’t come topped with eel sauce and they included tiny bits of eel on the inside. On the contrary, they included huge chunks of cream cheese so that’s literally all i could taste; yuck!If in the future I am looking for sashimi, then maybe, just maybe, I would return. However, I don’t see myself going back to Saka-E for their bland rolls.PS - Their salad dressing and miso soup were on point and delicious.“

Order at the counter and pick your food up when your number is called.My intent with this visit was to order sushi. But their sushi menu was quite limited, and a lot of the sushi had shrimp which I’m allergic to. So I decided to try one of their bowls. Ordered the bowl and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of food, the presentation And freshness of my order.I would highly recommend you stopping into this little spot for carry out. It was a weak alcohol with little flavor, beer or wine would taste better.The food was ok, nothing special and didn't have much to comment. Maybe a noodle soup fits my taste better.“
