“Hands down, the best sushi I've ever had. They incorporate truffle oil in some of their rolls and if you like truffle, you cannot go wrong. Very savory. I'd recommend the avocado balls, crunchy spicy tuna roll and the snow crab in miso soup. The truffle aioli salmon appetizer is another hit. The cocktails - Wow! Thai Me Up is a their version of a spicy margarita but they use some sort of oil and it is delicious! I'll be craving that drink for a long time. It's not cheap but if you're looking for a treat or have a special occasion, it's a full recommend from me! “This was my first time eating at JP’s. By far, the best sushi experience I have had at any sushi restaurants I have ever eaten at in Georgia. The restaurant is comfortable and spacious inside. The service is excellent, very attentive and kind hostess and waitresses. The menu also offers so many creative dishes and sushi rolls. The absolute must try is the Rambada roll. Absolutely delicious. Rolls are all quite large and reasonably priced. This is now my favorite sushi place and one we will be frequenting more often.“

“I came here on a recent date night, and the restaurant was pretty quiet. We had some great sushi rolls and lots to choose from. We also got some cold saki and the saki sangria, which was surprisingly good.

The service could have been a little more attentive I thought with the restaurant not being very busy.“

“Fantastic sushi! I have only tried two rolls, miso soup, and gyoza here when I visited for the first time. Everything I tried is very flavorful without being overly seasoned. “I've had this restaurant both takeout and dine-in and I think dine-in is a superior experience. the plates used are really cool, the atmosphere of the place is uniquely gorgeous, excellent service, and the food is absolutely delicious! I got the pork belly pulled noodles and it was a really generous portion, my partner got some spicy chicken noodle bowl with peanut oil and we both loved what we got! the noodles have an amazing chewy texture and everything seemed fresh“

“We typically get takeout from Budi’s Sushi a couple of times per month. The food is always so fresh and tasty. We are lucky that it’s walking distance so we’ll walk over with the dogs and one of us will sit outside with them while the other orders, and they always give us water for the Dogs. Everything from their soups, and appetizers to the rolls are worth trying. We typically wind up with enough left over to have a snack the next day too!“

“The udon noodle soup stood out for how clean the broth tasted.. Everything seemed very fresh. the shrimp and veggies had nice texture and flavor. They don't skimp on the shrimp which I appreciate! The spicy bluefin tuna rolls were apparently good as well. The gyoza was slightly better than the sushi however, although marginally. We also had the edamame. I would highly recommend this restaurant!“

The customer service was good. I ordered hibachi fried rice and veggies (pictured) and the California roll. The California roll was really good, I forgot to get a picture lol
I asked for the rice and veggies to be cooked together, however they weren’t and so I added them together. I didn’t like the rice and veggies too much. The sushi was really good! I’ll return again for sushi only.“

“The sashimi platter was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of fish options. However, for someone sensitive to texture, some of the sushi was a bit challenging to eat due to the mix of soft, crunchy, and chewy pieces. Some flavors were incredibly bold and left me craving more. The service was excellent, though I did notice that the prices have increased significantly.

“It's good amount of food. You get a paper and you order what you like. I have a lot of big respect for local restaurant and small business because it's not easy out there. For our experience, service was nice. Sushi and hibachi rice, wings were okay. They need more seasoning. The hibachi meat need to be cook better; Sushi needs to have more flavor. Just work on it and may your business last long.“

“Very elegant dining room, and an excellent screened in patio. Attentive wait staff, tasty food, wide variety of Japanese food, and not always crowded. Extensive wine selection, and they make the sushi in sight of the dining room. Very fresh food, and they have some that is cooked, if sushi is not the thing for everyone in your party. Someone in our family has allergies, and they were able to accommodate them completely. No letdown of food quality or variety as they made sure it was safe for all.“
