I'm almost sad to have to share this, as long as I'm the one that knows (and not all of you) I can still get a table! This. Is the real deal. Service is great, people are authentic, and most of your fish will be alive until seconds before they serve it, masterfully.
Every single fish was so fresh! The fried white tuna and fried shrimp was very crispy and not oily at all. The harmonization of rice, tuna, crami, and vegetables inside the roll was so great.

Doshi Sushi offers a VIP menu for 2 people that is good and delicious. The staff is attentive, and the prices are reasonable. The hamachi carpaccio may not be for everyone, but the Dancing with Star roll and salmon sashimi are tasty. The ambiance is clean with nice private rooms, which provide good privacy for groups. Customers appreciate the fresh and delicious sushi and sashimi, especially the large sashimi portions. The restaurant also features small private rooms with call buttons for easy service. The udon and variety of rolls are highly recommended, and the small plates are delicious. The fish was so fresh and soft. Side dishes were simple and went well with the meal. Service was great! The lunch sashimi combination is a nice spread. Service is incredibly prompt. Dining felt private, great place for conversation. Public tables have a one hour time limit.
