“I’ve been coming here since 2019 and the quality has never changed. Great service, great food, and it’s our favorite sushi place. I live over half an hour away but the drive is well worth it because of the consistent experience. The style of the restaurant makes it suitable for occasions like lunch or birthday dinners. Love Doshi!“

“The man who prepared our bowls is SO sweet and funny. He looked happy and immediately explained how to order what we would want. The bowls are huge and for $15 you get a lot of protein on your plate. I saved a lot of it for the next day and I came hungry so I think it’s a good deal. Everything tasted fresh too. They also have boba and smoothies based on their menu we saw. Seating is inside as well!“

“When a restaurant manages to maintain its presence in the highly competitive culinary landscape for an extended period, it often signifies stability, consistency, and an ability to adapt to the ever-changing tastes of its customers. Sushi Misong is an example of such an establishment. In an industry where many restaurants struggle to survive beyond their first year, especially in the bustling and competitive Korean Town (K-Town) area, Sushi Misong has stood the test of time. It's been a while since my last visit, but I was pleased when a friend suggested it for a business lunch today.
Over the years, I've tried a number of Korean-owned sushi restaurants in K-Town, many of which sadly couldn't withstand the pressures of competition and closed their doors in less than a year, including One Sushi. Sushi Misong, however, has been a notable exception. Its longevity speaks volumes about the restaurant’s ability to deliver what customers seek: quality food, excellent service, and an inviting atmosphere.
During our visit, we were immediately impressed by the serene ambiance with a private table, which was perfect for a business lunch. The service was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our meal. As for the food, the sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and prepared with care. Each dish we ordered met our expectations, and it was clear why Sushi Misong continues to attract a loyal customer base.
In such a competitive environment, where trends and customer preferences can shift rapidly, it’s not just about serving great food—it’s about continuously evolving to meet the demands of the market. While Sushi Misong has already built a solid reputation, I hope it can continue to thrive by maintaining its high standards of food quality, offering fair pricing, and delivering exceptional service. Furthermore, in order to stay ahead of the competition, innovative ideas and a willingness to adapt will be essential. Whether through introducing new menu items or creating unique dining experiences, these small yet important factors can make all the difference in ensuring long-term success.
In a world where restaurants often come and go, Sushi Misong's perseverance is commendable, and I sincerely hope it continues to flourish for many years to come. It's refreshing to see a place that has not only survived but thrived through dedication, consistency, and an understanding of what its customers truly want.

“It was my first time visiting, and the staff were very friendly and I personally enjoyed the perilla oil buckwheat noodles.
It was a cold day, but they kept pouring me warm tea and showed their concern.
Next time I come to Atlanta, I want to visit again :-)“

“I’ve been here several times, I always enjoyed the food. Fairly priced and quality and the couple is lovely who run it. Only issue is you have to call ahead to let them know you’re coming, but I respect their rule. It’s a nice place to eat.“

“I frequent this area and finally decided to try out their food. I ordered:
1. Mountain Roll
2. Spider Roll
3. Rainbow Roll
4. Fish Salad Bowl
My order came with some side dishes. I'm not sure if the side dishes are a part of the rolls or the Fish Salad Bowl but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless. I also received two bowls of miso soup, which were delicious.
All of their rolls were at least decent but my favorite was the Mountain Roll, which I found to be delicious. The Rainbow Roll was well made as well, but this is more of a classic that every restaurant carries. Another classic, which is the Spider Roll, was my least favorite of the three. Maybe it had to do with the fact that it came soaked in eel sauce. I didn't find their eel sauce to be that tasty and being drenched in it didn't help.
The fish salad bowl was pretty good. It came with cuts of cheap fish such as salmon and tilapia... but it being a $20 dish made it understandable.
Overall, good experience for the price you pay. Seemed like a very reasonably priced restaurant and quality of the food was good.
PS - I didn't take pictures of the rolls because I dumped my to-go boxes upside down so the rolls were a mess.“

“The food: The sushi burrito and sushi donut was so delicious (yum)! The spicy tuna nachos was also amazing!! Loved everything! The vybz: It’s a cute mini food hall vibe. Please note that it’s inside of a two story building and there is no sign outside. You walk in, grab a menu, and grab a table. When you’re ready to order you walk up to the desk and order. It’s not a “greet you when you come in” kinda place, but the staff is friendly. Everything was clean and it’s definitely a cool “let’s grab a cool lunch/dinner” type of place.“
