“WOW. This is the BEST ayce sushi place I’ve ever been to. My favorite was the escolar/white tuna which had a nice smoky flavor. The rolls were great too. I was not as much of a fan of the hot food (popcorn chicken, Katsu, etc) but those might be nice for people who don’t like fish.

Beyond the food, it’s buffet style self serve, so you don’t have to wait for your waiter to bring your food out, or accidentally order a roll that you hate after having the first bite. Just go up and take however much you want.

With all this you’d expect it to be expensive. But it’s the cheapest one I’ve been to. $28 for weekend lunch“

“The sashimi platter was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of fish options. However, for someone sensitive to texture, some of the sushi was a bit challenging to eat due to the mix of soft, crunchy, and chewy pieces. Some flavors were incredibly bold and left me craving more. The service was excellent, though I did notice that the prices have increased significantly.

I was missing quite a few of my sides from the platter 😏

“I asked Mrs. K. what she wanted for dinner and she said, "Poké!" so I let Yelp find it for us along the way to where we're spending the night. We arrived at Poké Bar (it's a chain) at around 7pm on Friday and other than three other dudes eating their dinner and drinking some boba, we were alone.

We noticed that the restaurant was clean as we checked over the poké bar, other than a whole lot of boxes stacked in the back. As we ordered our bowl, the tuna ran out but the young man serving pulled out a fresh tray from the cooler and removed the wrap. Yay!

On a sticky white rice base, tuna and salmon, topped with spicy avocado, seaweed salad, krab salad and sesame seeds. With a bit of wasabi on the side that was not needed as the fish was perfectly fresh tasting. The rice was sticky enough that we did not need a fork and we cleared the plate. Quite delicious, filling and fresh tasting.

We'd eat at Poké Bar again!

However, my complaint is than the menu has little to no clarification and the sashimi I was looking for was simply an appetizer. It’s run by a wife and husband and their daily hours are limited which allows for the food to be 10/10 also really recommended placing a reservation prior to going or else you might be turned away as they have only a limited amount of tables to also help the experience and be tended to in the best way. The sushi and sashimi is so fresh and delightful not in anyways fishy! We also had the beef skewer and that was also phenomenal! They knew we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and brought out extra treats for us and made this experience 100 times better, if that’s even possible! We can’t wait to be back, we are already planning our next trip back!“

“My work team decided to celebrate one of our co-workers’ birthdays and do some team building at Fumi, and when I tell you that was one of the best decisions we could have made, believe me! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was amazing, the food was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.

A huge shoutout to Megan and the hibachi cook for making the night so enjoyable. They were both fantastic, entertaining, and incredibly attentive, but Megan truly stood out with her vibrant personality and outstanding customer service. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire time.
