The blend of curry with enough touch of coconut milk combinations are just perfect.
But the Pad Thai is just too sour. I really enjoy Thai food everywhere (Cali, Thai, Seoul, NY and here), but that too sour Pad Thai wasn't the food that I was expecting.“

“We were at the global mall and wanted a sit down Thai place nearby. VERY happy this is what we found! We got the pad thai, spicy shrimp noodles and the basil chicken with rice. All delicious! The basil chicken has amazing broth. Service was really friendly but my water was empty for a while until I had to flag someone down to refill it, that’s the only reason I rated service slightly lower. All around, would definitely go back!“

“Ordered pad see ew chicken and it was just average. Cashew nut w/veggies/shrimp and it was delicious. Also pad prik king and veggies with chicken. Wait time was a bit long considering no one else was there! And staff wasn’t overly friendly. May never go back as it was a take out- not near my house. I would try again if lived closer!“

But one day I was craving Chinese takeout and I decided to get it delivered through DoorDash (I know super risky, especially with all the fees) I ordered the amazing chicken and the black pepper chicken lo main egg drop soup And eggrolls and spring rolls . To my surprise, the food was nice and hot and delicious ! So since then, I’ve been going to pick it up myself and they never disappoint (also a lot cheaper) . “I have been searching for a new favorite Chinese restaurant since moving to this area a year and a half ago. Even though there are many, many Chinese restaurants in this area, most were mediocre at best. Tonight, I tried The Pearl and it was absolutely outstanding! The best Chinese food that I have had anywhere in the US, including NYC and San Francisco. The restaurant itself is very nice and clean and you are immediately greeted by a very friendly hostess so the first impression is excellent. The servers are very attentive and fast and the food arrives quickly. The food is perfectly prepared and the flavor is distinctly better than other Chinese restaurants but the very noticeable difference was the quality of their ingredients. Everything, meat and all vegetables, seemed to be very fresh and very high quality products. For the best Chinese meal that you have ever tasted, you must try The Pearl!“
