Red Ginger is a popular spot in Asheville, known for its delicious Chinese cuisine. Customers appreciate the option for takeout/catering, with dishes staying warm for hours in a giant box. The sesame chicken disappointed one visitor, while another loved the orange chicken, sesame tofu, and general Tao's tofu. The eggplant was tasty but a bit oily. The restaurant offers fresh noodles with lots of veggies. A couple from Atlanta visited twice during their stay and highly recommended the soup dumplings.
