Ordered the rapid pick-up through panera app. Got the order later than the pick up time. Order was missing spoon and chips while the order paper shows both. Also had to ask for the cup for my drink order. Food was great
Panera is my go to place. I sit there, unwind, and do a lot of work there.They have absolutely amazing staff members. Every single one of them is warm, welcoming, and professional. I love their manager as well. Very friendly.The coffee is a bit bland in my opinion. There’s always room for improvement and the only thing I will recommend to Panera is that they should focus a little more on the taste of their coffee. Someday maybe, but I’m hopeful that they’ll serve good coffee

Sandwich was horrible for $13 with mostly mayonnaise some cheese and tomatoes. You couldn't barely see any vegetables. I never like anything at this place just order some food because we had a gift card.
