Had a wonderful lunch at Fin Sushi! Sushi chef Guy was very accommodating of our requests and the food was fresh and tasty! Waitress Jin was so sweet making our experience very pleasant.
Super cute place - lovely set up for various size groups and very classy. We ordered a few things to share: 1) coconut soup - honestly the best I have ever had...so creamy & the perfect balance of flavors, I got w/shrimp & they were of good quality 2) side salad w/peanut dressing - very nice salad for $4, but wouldn't pay more 3) spicy CA roll - they don't really make them spicy & they don't put masago on them which we should have asked about - they gave us a side of not-very-spicy...read full review
Small place so the atmosphere feels forced, but as long as you dont mind and with good company it should be fine, the food I had was fabulous and everyone enjoyed what they had. It seems worth the stop but its not a hidden gem by any means, it is kid friendly so that's a plus. It take a lot longer to get the check when we were there and it was quieter then normal. FIN Sushi Thai Johns Creek is a gem offering a great experience with consistently high-quality food. The restaurant is known for master’s of duck cookery, and both Pad Thai and Sushi are a delight. The signature sushi, especially salmon belly and otoro, are among the best single bites in any Atlanta restaurant, and the spicy tuna crispy rice is a winner. Thai dishes like Tom Yum Goong, Tom Kha Gai, Chicken panang, and Basil Tofu stir Fry are exceptional, tasting as good as NY/NJ and San Francisco. The atmosphere is simple, nice, and spotlessly clean with pleasant decor. Service is great, and kids love the desserts. The restaurant can get very busy and is not the least expensive, but that reflects the high quality. The only negative is a possible wait for large parties, but the food keeps coming on time. A wonderful place to try for fresh sushi and delicious Thai food in Johns Creek.
