“This was my first time eating at JP’s. By far, the best sushi experience I have had at any sushi restaurants I have ever eaten at in Georgia. The restaurant is comfortable and spacious inside. The service is excellent, very attentive and kind hostess and waitresses. The menu also offers so many creative dishes and sushi rolls. The absolute must try is the Rambada roll. Absolutely delicious. Rolls are all quite large and reasonably priced. This is now my favorite sushi place and one we will be frequenting more often.“

“OK, my first trip to this restaurant. I've seen it for decades.
I took two of my daughters and treating them to a really good lunch.

Everything really was tasty and done pretty well. My oldest daughter actually works at a really high-end restaurant in Alpharetta. at the Avalon!

“I've had this restaurant both takeout and dine-in and I think dine-in is a superior experience. the plates used are really cool, the atmosphere of the place is uniquely gorgeous, excellent service, and the food is absolutely delicious! I got the pork belly pulled noodles and it was a really generous portion, my partner got some spicy chicken noodle bowl with peanut oil and we both loved what we got! the noodles have an amazing chewy texture and everything seemed fresh“

As someone who has dined extensively across Japan and visited almost every Japanese restaurant in the Roswell, Alpharetta, and Sandy Springs area, I was very impressed by both the food quality and the attentive service. The only reason for the one-star deduction is the rice. While I understand it’s challenging to match the exact quality and texture of rice served in Japan while in the U.S., it still felt a bit lacking compared to a few other Japanese spots in the immediate area.“

“Amazing take out tonight! Our first time— we tried the steak hibachi dinner, cheese wontons, 92 roll, phoenix roll, and angel roll. The waitress helped us pick out the rolls based on what we like which was super helpful. Our order was ready quick and everything tasted 10/10. Will definitely be back to this neighborhood spot!“
