“I never eat at restaurants below a 4.3 but glad I didn’t see this rating before I sat down because it’s quite inaccurate! I’m a foody and sushi is in my top 3 categories of frequented restaurants. The sushi was great and the prices are exceptional. It’s a family run restaurant and the atmosphere is just that. It’s not a chic, boutique sushi restaurant which is why the prices are very reasonable. If you want good no frills sushi this is your place!
Most complaints and 1 star ratings are coming from size of sushi on $1 sushi night. People….it’s $1 sushi!!!“

“Hands down, the best sushi I've ever had. They incorporate truffle oil in some of their rolls and if you like truffle, you cannot go wrong. Very savory. I'd recommend the avocado balls, crunchy spicy tuna roll and the snow crab in miso soup. The truffle aioli salmon appetizer is another hit. The cocktails - Wow! Thai Me Up is a their version of a spicy margarita but they use some sort of oil and it is delicious! I'll be craving that drink for a long time. It's not cheap but if you're looking for a treat or have a special occasion, it's a full recommend from me! “Sarah took incredible care of us the entire night. The restaurant was busy and she never made us feel like we weren’t a priority. She was honest about the best apps to order and what drinks would pair well, as well as the most popular sushi rolls. I appreciate not having to ask for a water refill, she was on top of it. “Cozy and unpretentious spot for great sushi and Japanese favorites. The jalapeno bombs are....the bomb. The prices are great, especially compared to Canton Street, with better quality and service. Two apps, four rolls and three beers for less than $100 including tax. The wait staff was amazing, friendly and attentive. I think we may have found our new go-to sushi spot in Roswell.“

“Fantastic and understated. Their sushi is delicious , their tempura is great and tastes super clean, service is great. The rolls are like 2x the size of anything I’ve found around the area. Way over ordered and had leftovers for 2 days but loved it. The kids Bento box was a huge hit with my daughter, Gyoza and Miso soup were fantastic. All around they hit it out of the park for my family.“

“I've been an avid lover of Circle Sushi for well over 20 years. I used to live only a couple of miles away. I moved but I still make the drive if I want the best sushi in town. The sushi chef has been there since they opened and he always works his magic with a smile. It's the freshest and tastiest fish I've found. My favorite is the yellowtail and salmon sashimi. I recommend the Chirashi Donburi with tuna, yellowtail and salmon. They give you more than enough sashimi atop their flavorful rice. I have found no other sushi restaurant with a shrimp tempura appetizer as wonderfully battered as Circle Sushi's. Another appetizer favorite is the pork shumai. Dumpling LOVE! The service is always fast and friendly. I recommend making a reservation by phone. They get busy early. The ambiance is quiet if they are slow but bustling when they are busy.“

Fresh fish, yellow tail, salmon, tuna and others. Good rolls. It can get busy so relax and enjoy the masters are work! Try to Orion beer from Okinawa or a glass of wine!“

Just like the pad Thai The Steamed vegetables with shrimp were out of this world. Vegetables were perfectly cooked and A lot of juicy shrimp and the teriyaki sauce is to die for. Everything this restaurant has is great“

“My boyfriend and I came here for his birthday and we have nothing but good things to say! It’s run by a wife and husband and their daily hours are limited which allows for the food to be 10/10 also really recommended placing a reservation prior to going or else you might be turned away as they have only a limited amount of tables to also help the experience and be tended to in the best way. The sushi and sashimi is so fresh and delightful not in anyways fishy! We also had the beef skewer and that was also phenomenal! They knew we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and brought out extra treats for us and made this experience 100 times better, if that’s even possible! We can’t wait to be back, we are already planning our next trip back!“

“I am all about supporting local businesses and as a person who has been in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years, I completely understand the challenges restaurants face post pandemic. It seems like it's only getting tougher to keep customers happy. I didn't take photos of the plates on purpose. Yes we eat with our eyes (rolling my eyes while I type this), it's Japanese food. You don't need more photos of Japanese Food. We came here on a Thursday evening and it was fairly busy, a good sign. It's been a while since I've been back to Ichiban. We sat down at a table and Ansley was our server for the evening. She was busy taking care of multiple tables. Could service been better, yes. We ordered off the Hibachi menu, chicken/salmon combo and salmon/steak combo with fried rice. My father had the steak bento box. We also ordered the X-Men roll. Food took a while to come out. Sushi Roll came first. It was ok. Entrees shortly after, without our salads and soup. We had to ask for the soup and salad. The food runner must have gone back into the kitchen at least 3 different times for our table. The chicken was good, vegetables I think could have been cut a little larger. They were all chopped up. Salmon, I think it was a tail piece. Not bad. Fried rice, plentiful. FYI, please check your ventilation system.“

“Our family has been loyal customers of Asahi for close to twenty years and were so sad to find out that it sold. Once we realized that the entire staff (and menu) has moved to Sake, we just had to follow.

We were greeted by our favorite familiar faces (who even remembered us instantly!) and couldn’t believe our luck. The food was the same delicious and amazing quality (especially their signature ginger dressing!), the chefs had their classic show, and the atmosphere was even better than it was before.
