It’s run by a wife and husband and their daily hours are limited which allows for the food to be 10/10 also really recommended placing a reservation prior to going or else you might be turned away as they have only a limited amount of tables to also help the experience and be tended to in the best way. The sushi and sashimi is so fresh and delightful not in anyways fishy! We also had the beef skewer and that was also phenomenal! They knew we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and brought out extra treats for us and made this experience 100 times better, if that’s even possible! “I ordered the Sundaeguk (순대국) for $17, and it was absolutely delicious. The soup was incredibly hearty, rich, and comforting — exactly what you want from a good bowl of sundae soup. The portion was generous, and everything tasted fresh. The kimchi and kkakdugi sides were also crunchy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the soup.

The restaurant operates self-serve style. You order at the kiosk in the front, they call your number when the food is ready, and you pick it up at the front corner. Water, utensils, and seasonings like salt and pepper are all available for you to grab yourself, which makes everything quick and efficient.

The only downside is the space — it’s quite small inside. When I went, there was still plenty of seating at tables and booths available, but I’ve heard it can get really packed during peak hours. Overall, if you’re craving a comforting, authentic bowl of Sundaeguk, this place absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be back!“

“We went for lunch while we were in the area. Easy to find and easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

A young girl was working the register and she did an excellent job with the help from mom/sister/aunt. We love family businesses and support local spots like this one.
My boyfriend got 4 types of sushi and said it was all good. I got a hibachi bowl and I loved it, the veggies were clearly fresh, the Udon noodles were seasoned well and the chicken wasn't dry.

“I asked Mrs. K. what she wanted for dinner and she said, "Poké!" so I let Yelp find it for us along the way to where we're spending the night. We arrived at Poké Bar (it's a chain) at around 7pm on Friday and other than three other dudes eating their dinner and drinking some boba, we were alone.

We noticed that the restaurant was clean as we checked over the poké bar, other than a whole lot of boxes stacked in the back. As we ordered our bowl, the tuna ran out but the young man serving pulled out a fresh tray from the cooler and removed the wrap. Yay!

On a sticky white rice base, tuna and salmon, topped with spicy avocado, seaweed salad, krab salad and sesame seeds. With a bit of wasabi on the side that was not needed as the fish was perfectly fresh tasting. The rice was sticky enough that we did not need a fork and we cleared the plate. Quite delicious, filling and fresh tasting.

We'd eat at Poké Bar again!
