“It's good amount of food. You get a paper and you order what you like. I have a lot of big respect for local restaurant and small business because it's not easy out there. For our experience, service was nice. Sushi and hibachi rice, wings were okay. They need more seasoning. The hibachi meat need to be cook better; Sushi needs to have more flavor. Just work on it and may your business last long.“

“A true hidden gem. Went here with friends this year and last year. Overall the seating inside is small only 8 tables but the service is great and the food is tasty. The wait time for the food can be long but it is worth it. Food comes piping hot and is fresh. I got the vegetable curry which was cooked perfectly, not spicy, and went well with white rice. Actually needed to order 2 more orders of white rice to make sure I used all of the sauce because it was so good. Highly recommend this place. Tempura is tasty is too. Prices are very reasonable.“

I'd recommend the avocado balls, crunchy spicy tuna roll and the snow crab in miso soup. The truffle aioli salmon appetizer is another hit. The cocktails - Wow! Thai Me Up is a their version of a spicy margarita but they use some sort of oil and it is delicious! I'll be craving that drink for a long time. It's not cheap but if you're looking for a treat or have a special occasion, it's a full recommend from me! “Went to this place in Doraville, GA called Yebisuya where I had Omurice for the first time along with a Yebisuya Bun that I also got and tried for the first time. Omurice: although this wasn't the Omurice I was expecting this was definitely still a very delicious version. Underneath is a bed of fried rice that was just so good with an omelet layered on top of it. They give you 3 sauce choices Spicy Kewpie Mayo, Ketchup, and Tonkatsu sauce. I chose the spicy mayo which by the way wasn't spicy at all I could have ate a ton of that stuff with no problem and those that know me know I don't handle spice well lol. Yebisuya Bun: is basically a steamed bun with chicory, scallion, and I got it with Tonkatsu pork in it and yall when I tell yall I could have ate 10 of these bad boys. The bun was so soft and the filling was sooooo flavorful like you just have to try it. “Sitting in the car writing this review immediately after dinner, which is something I’ve never done so quickly. This place is a GEM. The impeccable/kind service, the quality of the food, and the inventiveness of the dishes (the salts/sauces used) blew my mind. I’ve had omakase in a hole in the wall in Kyoto that this truly rivaled. They are doing something so special here and I can’t WAIT to go back!

“Wow! The new management/owners of Wasabi have made great changes. The food (especially the sushi) is delicious - everything was fresh and presented in a lovely way. The restaurant is bright and comfortable. The staff is efficient and the service is fast. We stopped in for a quick dinner and it was delicious and fast. It's still a great place for a relaxed dining experience, but the new team is really firing on all cylinders. Our server, Alex, was great. “Our family has been loyal customers of Asahi for close to twenty years and were so sad to find out that it sold. Once we realized that the entire staff (and menu) has moved to Sake, we just had to follow.

We were greeted by our favorite familiar faces (who even remembered us instantly!) and couldn’t believe our luck. The food was the same delicious and amazing quality (especially their signature ginger dressing!), the chefs had their classic show, and the atmosphere was even better than it was before.

“This is the best hibachi takeout in Alpharetta. You can order for pick up directly on their website and the food is always hot when I pick up. The flavor is much better than other hibachi restaurants; it’s our go to for nights when we want to order food in.“

“Hidden gem with delicious food located inside a semi-abandoned mall. Whenever I’m in town for work, I stay nearby and often pick up their buffet style take-out for supper. The mixed vegetables are my favorite and the various chicken options I’ve had have always been tasty. I usually get the 1 meat + 2 side combo with an additional side and have enough food for at least 2 meals. The food is served hot and always tastes fresh during the times I’ve visited, usually weekdays after work or during lunchtime. All the staff is polite and personable and the older well-dressed lady is always so sweet and complimentary, even with a slight language barrier.

Because there is almost nothing else on that back side of the mall, there is no traffic and plenty of close parking so I am in and out in 5 minutes.

Why eat ultra-processed fast food when you can have nice-sized portions of better food served quickly and for a good price while also supporting a small local business? Ignore the shady bando-looking mall surroundings and don’t miss out on Tokyo Express!

“Met a friend for lunch and it was a great experience. Fresh to order rolls, well done and generous sizing. The house salad alone was crisp, abundant and full of color which is not the norm. Dressing was a perfect amount. Ordered 3 rolls and they were executed well. Everything came out orderly and on time. Our server Carolina was wonderful and attentive. Aesthetic is top notch, surrounded by cherry blossoms and lanterns with ambient lighting. Insta worthy! Will definitely be back!“

The team was amazing too. Professional, organized, and super fun. They handled such a big crowd with no problem at all and made sure everyone was taken care of. And the chefs didn’t just cook they put on a whole show. It turned dinner into an experience, which made our event even more special.
