“Hands down, the best sushi I've ever had. They incorporate truffle oil in some of their rolls and if you like truffle, you cannot go wrong. Very savory. I'd recommend the avocado balls, crunchy spicy tuna roll and the snow crab in miso soup. The truffle aioli salmon appetizer is another hit. The cocktails - Wow! Thai Me Up is a their version of a spicy margarita but they use some sort of oil and it is delicious! I'll be craving that drink for a long time. It's not cheap but if you're looking for a treat or have a special occasion, it's a full recommend from me! “My husband and I love this place! The sushi here is unique and top notch! The ambiance is low-lit, almost speakeasy-ish. We always get the legally blonde and a star is born. “Perfect, authentic Korean spot. Everything tasted so fresh and we will definitely be back. We have tried lots of Korean places all over Metro Atlanta and this one sits in the top spot! Try the seafood pancake, it was filled with delicious seafood meats and cooked to perfection.“

“Just tried HW Sushi and it was really good. I didn’t eat all the rolls we tried but the fish was super fresh and tasty. I had the dynamite roll seriously 9.5/10. Good level of heat and textures. We also tried the veggie tempura and edamame. The tempura was served hot and the batter/grease because it’s fried was not over bearing like it can be at some places. The sauce served alongside was delicious and balanced not too salty or sweet. My kids loved their rolls which were California and Salmon Killer. I look forward to returning and trying more of their menu.Kid-friendliness: Small restaurant with mostly large booths.“

Additionally, the bartender, Blake, crafted some of the most exquisite cocktails I've ever had the pleasure of sipping. “Having tried thoroughly enjoyed our omakase experiences at Mujo and Hiyakawa we have been trying to find other similar experiences in Atlanta. I am happy to report that Brush's omakase did not disappoint. The service was outstanding. Both the servers and the chef spent generous amounts of time talking with us and making sure we had everything we needed/wanted.We did the 16 course menu and it was the perfect amount a food and I would say it is a better value when compared to Mujo or Hiyakawa. I would say the atmosphere sits in between those two. Mujo having a very chill comfortable vibe and Hiyakawa being more like a museum and culinary course. At Brush you get a more chill vibe and can get as little or as much information you want to the meal. I would also say that Brush is much less overbearing on the rules than either Mujo and Hiyakawa which was very nice.The quality of the fish and dishes were amazing. Brush has a unique rice and some unique presentations that the other places don't have. All things considered I think Brush my be the best overall place (accounting for price, comfort and experience).The only draw back of the omakase experience for me is the the space in not an intimate as the other spots I have mentioned. You can definitely tell you are in Buckhead.“
“I came here last night for an 8pm dinner reservation to celebrate one of my friends' birthdays. We were a party of 10 and the restaurant was not super busy, save for a couple other tables. We took a couple minutes to decide on our orders, but our server was very patient and made no mistakes. I ordered the Pork Gyoza, Nabeyaki Udon, and the Matcha pound cake for dessert. Let me preface this by saying I've had better Japanese food in Atlanta, but that this place wasn't BAD. It was just "okay". The gyoza filling was tasty, but the wrap itself was quite dry. The udon was very warm and had a ton of noodles inside, but there was 1 singular shrimp tempura, two fish cakes, and maybe ten or so pieces of slightly overcooked chicken. Still a decent bowl of hot soup noodles. Finally, the matcha cake wasn't spectacular but I enjoyed the sweet treat at the end of my meal.“
“I have been looking for a great sushi spot ever since I moved out of the city and this place is a 10/10 for me! I loved seeing the chefs as soon as we walked through the door. The atmosphere was cozy and well-designed. The wait staff was very friendly. And the food was out of this world! We tried a few things- the vegetable tempura and shishamo to start, and then the Happy Roll, Yum Yum Roll, and Orange Blossom. Everything was fresh, cooked to perfection, and delicious! This will be our new go-to whenever we get a craving for sushi.“

“We were craving for sushi and decided to try this well-established restaurant that has been around for 30+ years. It was a very cute place tucked behind a shopping plaza. For appetizers we got the shrimp teriyaki and the Kara-Age chicken, which was the perfect starter while we waited for our entrees. For entrees we got the salmon sashimi, spicy tuna roll, caterpillar roll and the sukiyaki dinner. The sukiyaki dinner came with salad, miso soup and a bowl of rice. The salmon sashimi was extremely fresh and melted in my mouth. The servings were very generous and we did not leave hungry. The owner/staff were very nice and treated us like family.“

“The food is fantastic! It is absolutely wonderful and delicious in every way. It's actually probably some of the best sushi I've had in a really long time. They have some rolls with all fresh ingredients that are very well constructed, but i also noticed that they're quite generous because in every piece there was a generous amount of ingredients in there. While it's not an overly large role, you can notice the little things such as the roles that had fish on top flowed around and down the sides rather than just a small piece on top. The staff is very friendly and accommodating . The only maybe slight detractor is the price. They probably do price where most restaurants should and the price is good for the quality that you get, but it is a bit more expensive than any of the other sushi restaurants in the near vicinity. That'll probably keep me from returning often, but overall the food is so good, I will certainly be returning.“
“Great bar opened up to the 70 degree March weather. Staff was professional and hard working and had everything handled around us. Food was OK I had beef and pork eggrolls which were great, and chicken curry which was so so. My friend really liked his entree though I can’t remember what it was. Everyone seemed really happy to be there and it raised my opinion of the Windy Hill area up a notch. I’ll give it another shot next time I’m there and try something different…“

We ordered the house lo mein, crispy half duck, hunan calamari, and tempura calamari and veggies. That lo mein?!.... omg so good! ? the crispy duck is always good. My son ordered the 2 calamari dishes and barely ate them. His most complaint was about the tempura calamari, he said it taste like fried air... so no seasoning. I liked the tempura veggies with the yum yum. And the hunan was good too. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice. Not a lot of people so we got our food fairly quick.“
“Ru Sans is a ever evolving restaurant. The relatively new ownership has only improved an already great quality restaurant that has more of a friendly neighborhood feel. It has traditional Japanese sushi but many American friendly additions have been made over the years to the menu. “I went here after a Braves game and from what I can remember (I had a few too many tequilas) it was sooo yummy. I got the spicy tuna sushi burrito and it was very spicy so be prepared. I won't lie my stomach was lowkey torn up the next day but sometimes sushi does that to me so idk fam. Overall it was good!“

“Omakase by Yun is an incredible dinner experience! The service was impeccable, and the food was fresh, immersive, and delicious. We particularly loved the Big Mac, lean tuna, sashimi selections, sake tasting and cocktails. Chef Yun was welcoming and attentive. And the mixologist Chauncey (Taylor) created some of the best cocktails we've had. On top of all that, the music and vibe were 10/10. Highly recommend!“
“Visited Kin No Tori Ramen Bar in Alpharetta yesterday with my adult daughter. This location was formerly called Ramen By Hajime-which I loved also. Luckily for me, we enjoyed our Black Tonkotsu ramen with the same savory deliciousness that seems rare in other places. The broth is the best! Also, although they did not list their Citrus Yuzu hot beverage on their menu, they offer it. It pairs nicely with their ramen and full of vitamin C, no doubt. Plus, we shared an order of Crispy Brussel Sprouts which were also delicious. I usually take pictures, but was enjoying the food so much that I didn't stop to take any. I hope you enjoy when you go. It's nice and cozy and conveniently located.“

The portion isn't large overall but the slices are large.We had the Belly roll and the Mika roll. Both were very good but the Mika roll stood out as it was unique and crisp. I prefer raw sushi but this roll is great.We also tried their hand rolls which is something I haven't had anywhere else. Spicy tuna and smoked salmon were both very good.The prices are about on par with other sushi restaurants. Regular rolls start at $14 and go up to $20. Definitely can't eat here as an individual for under $20. Calimari app. 2 rolls. 3 hand rolls. Japanese soda. Large sipporo. Desert. All of that was around $95.Overall I'd definitely go back as they had some unique options and the quality was outstanding. The ambiance is quite good as well.Kid-friendliness: This is a chill restaurant so if your kids are well behaved, take them. If not, no one wants to listen to your bratty kids while enjoying quality food. ; )“

“This is a very unique Sushi experience! It's a very different vibe from most restaurants in general with its Rock and Roll themeing, decor and music, with a great atmosphere! The food was delicious - I had the Pyro roll which I loved, and for dessert we shared the recommended Fried Cheesecake, which I wish we had ordered more if because it was so good!! Everything came out quickly and the service was quick and efficient too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good sushi in the area!!“

“Was there a management change recently?? I got the Yum Yum Shrimp and Chicken lo mein yesterday and neither was what I have gotten before. The yum yum shrimp were basically over battered small shrimp with a side of sauce in a container. This was not at all what I’ve ordered before. The chicken in the lo mein usually is very chunky, juicy and very flavorful, therefore putting it a step above other Chinese takeout places. This was not the case this time. It looked and tasted like every other takeout spot. The chicken was shaved very thin, had no flavor and there were way too many vegetables mixed in. Very disappointed and won’t be going back.“
