Had an incredible meal at One Sushi! Tried the pork ramen and lobster Rangoon, and both dishes were delicious. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming thanks to the wonderful staff and the owner, who has such a kind, genuine personality. It was exactly the kind of dining experience I was hoping for. Can’t wait to return and bring friends with me next time!

One Sushi Korean Japanese Café is a locally owned, family run restaurant. The business is family owned, and the owner and his wife run this fantastic gem. The sauces are house-made, made fresh everyday by the sushi chef himself, and they avoid GMOs and MSG. The fish are great quality with premium grade ingredients. The presentation alone is stunning; every roll looks like a piece of art, thoughtfully plated with vibrant colors and beautiful sauces. The freshness of the fish is undeniable, and each bite is perfectly balanced. Sushi Rolls tried include Toro Fire, Chanel Replica, Double Decker, and the Bagel Roll. The Chanel Replica was a personal favorite. The tuna on fire roll features seared tuna atop a tasty roll with slightly spicy sauce. The pimento roll was a stand out with melt-in-your-mouth salmon. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with a singing cat robot that brings the food, aided by live servers. The owners personally come to greet you. A nice surprise was the robot serving the food. Free parking is available.
