I ordered fries that were not cooked at all. Tasted like I was literally eating raw potato. I ordered the grilled chicken parm sandwich as well and although it was very bland and I did not get anything I requested on it, the chicken itself was cooked perfectly. I live in the building where they are located and will give them another try, but wasn't overjoyed with my first $25 purchase.
dirty, rude staff. sat at the bar 10 minutes before i was asked "what you want". fries cane out 10 minutes before the burgers. no utensils provided. fortunately there were condiments on other tables since we were left to serve ourselves at the bar. wont be back. if the burger ever comes out I'll let you know if its good. maybe I'm supposed to go cook it myself. not sure at this point.

Been coming here since my wife introduced me to Grub in 2019. Our first visit in awhile. Disappointing is an understatement. A manager mentioned the changes coming back in 2022. The removal of the Jive Turkey among other things was unfortunate but things change. However the whole vibe/presentation is just lackluster at best. The menu change is jarring.
