“I was pleasantly surprised to see Mushi Ni at Chattahoochee Food Works. I regularly ordered from them when they were at their East Atlanta location. They didn't disappoint this visit. As a vegetarian it can be difficult to find well prepared tofu, but Mushi Ni does it well. I like that there are several vegetarian options and I appreciated the friendly staff. If you are a vegetarian this is a must try.“

The beef bulgogi tacos were outstanding. Perfectly balanced, not too spicy and not too saucy. The grilled chicken and crispy chicken tacos with chipotle sauce were standouts too.
But let's talk about the cabbage and cucumber kimchi. If there's a prison sentence for eating too much of it, I'm serving life without parole.

“Best spot for kimchi in the Atlanta metro, and an absolute joy to visit!!! I come here mainly for the excellent cabbage kimchi, and every time I come in the owner greets me warmly and offers me a free rice cake. Large selection of kimchi, seasoned vegetables and fish, and rice cakes. I'm not Korean so most of this is unfamiliar to me, but I love getting and trying new things every time I go. If you bring back your empty jar, the owner will recycle it and give you a small discount on your next purchase. I recommend this place to everyone I know who likes kimchi or Korean food generally.“

Family favorites: pork dumplings, lo mein, general chey's stirfry, thai coconut soup, and the salads are actually really hardy and yummy. They have done a lot of give-back fundraisers for the neighborhood fire house and schools over the years and we really love that. We always eat here when the kids come visit from college. Friendly staff and good value for what you get.“

But one day I was craving Chinese takeout and I decided to get it delivered through DoorDash (I know super risky, especially with all the fees) I ordered the amazing chicken and the black pepper chicken lo main egg drop soup And eggrolls and spring rolls . To my surprise, the food was nice and hot and delicious ! So since then, I’ve been going to pick it up myself and they never disappoint (also a lot cheaper) . “Our famy loves korean fried chicken, and we typically go to bbq chicken off Medrock bridge rd. Since this place is closer from our house, I gave it a try. Their chicken was so perfect fried. Crispy and juicy. We loved the soy garlic flavor. Their fried rice was not spicy at all, which was great for our taste. Im so glad we came here. We will definitely come back for more!!!“

“Pretty good food! I got the fried chicken bowl and the chicken was very juicy, but wasn’t really seasoned. All the flavor came from the sauce on top. It was $18 total for the bowl which felt a little steep, but everything in The Works seems to have gone up in price over the past few years.“

“We ate here after seeing Cirque du Soleil nearby with our two kids, 10 & 11. The restaurant was clean, and comfortably decorated. I wasn't worried too much about having what amounts to a grill in the middle of our table with the kids. It's obviously hot, but it's not like you'll lose a hand if you get too close here and there. Service was great. Our server was Yuki. He was very attentive, and explained how it worked, and answered any questions. When our food arrived, Yuki told us exactly what each item was, and exactly how long to cook it per side. Not a cheap place to go, especially with kids, but a nice treat after an otherwise fun-filled day with other new first experiences.“

“We typically get takeout from Budi’s Sushi a couple of times per month. The food is always so fresh and tasty. We are lucky that it’s walking distance so we’ll walk over with the dogs and one of us will sit outside with them while the other orders, and they always give us water for the Dogs. Everything from their soups, and appetizers to the rolls are worth trying. We typically wind up with enough left over to have a snack the next day too!“

“Amazing sushi! I was nearby for a conference and discovered this place at the food hall in Colony Square. I wasn’t incredibly hungry and ordered the Sashimi sampler and miso soup. Both great! The sashimi sampler is a great choice when you can’t decide between which fish to order. My go-tos are yellowtail and tuna but man, the salmon was delicious and better than most places I’ve ordered salmon from. All the fish I had was super fresh! The staff was super friendly! The service we received from the bartender Chris was the best service We ever received in Georgia. Listen, I rolled into town for a work conference and was craving some wings bad one night. I tried calling in an order but the Google number was straight trash — disconnected. Called another location and they hit me with the “we all independent, you gotta pull up” energy 🙄 So I said fine, bet… and pulled up.
The spot sits in a moderately okay part of town. I ain’t leaving my doors unlocked, but it wasn’t the worst I’ve seen. Inside it’s giving basic — nothing fancy, just straight-to-the-point vibes. Customer service was nice enough, professional but nothing over the top.
I got two orders of the 8-piece special for like $9 each… in 2026?! I was expecting some sad little baby wings and half-cooked fries, but baby… they came through!
I ordered the Honey Hot, Mild Garlic Honey, and the Ranch Rub. Let me tell you — the wings was 🔥🔥🔥. Juicy, perfectly fried, and the flavors was SUPERIOR. Each one slapped different but in the best way. Real good chicken wing energy.
Now the fries? They could’ve been left in the grease a lil longer. They was giving “almost there but not quite” — still edible, but barely. Good thing the wings carried the whole meal so hard I barely noticed.
Overall? Worth every penny and then some. If I’m ever back in the area, I’m definitely sliding through J Buffalo Wings again. No cap.
