I’ve actually eaten here before several times. The food and sushi are actually okay, but nothing exceptional by most standards. This is a matter of a very poor customer experience and treatment. I wish there was a negative score for this. I walked in at noon today behind three other people who were waiting in front of the checkout area for tables to be seated.
