I came here last night for an 8pm dinner reservation to celebrate one of my friends' birthdays. We were a party of 10 and the restaurant was not super busy, save for a couple other tables. We took a couple minutes to decide on our orders, but our server was very patient and made no mistakes. I ordered the Pork Gyoza, Nabeyaki Udon, and the Matcha pound cake for dessert. I am from Laguna Beach California. I was wondering how this sushi restaurant would compare against sushi in Cali... Well... It's just amazing. The sushi was amazing.The chefs were amazing.The yellow tail and salmon were amazing Finally the Uni with Quail Eggs as a finisher were just perfect. Good Uni is hard to find, but this Uni was certainly fresh and just damn good.Go here, buy the chefs beers and enjoy amazing sushi.
