It literally took 30 mins to receive my order today. Employees were reading recipes on their phone. Only one employee was wearing gloves. Phones are not clean and using those same hands to prepare my smoothie was alarming.
Tevon made my smoothie and it was awesome! I always come here and it's always good! But when I walked in today, J (the manager) was speaking OUT LOUD to Tevon in training mode. Great managers pull staff aside privately and guide on procedures, but J yells across to Tevon charging him on what to do!Idk, I guess I'd prefer if I worked there to be spoken to and not at loudly! This smoothie king have the potential to be good but the people they hire is so unprofessional and not friendly I order a smoothie today and when I walked in the lady wasn’t welcoming at all and she was on the phone ! She had it on speaker and it was just over all not a good experience I really didn’t even want the smoothie anymore because I felt it was just unsanitary .
