“Everything we got here was top notch..including the service. Smoothies were on our mind after eating too much vegan junk food in the city lol. They were delicious as were the Cheezy Kale Chips (obsessed) peanut butter bites (better than candy) and the bottled Cesar dressing (chef’s kiss) Also, the juices and flavored lemonades get five stars on their own. Flavorful and potent! They have a really great grab-and-go cooler stocked with loads of healthy and tasty choices. I can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in town.“

“One of the nicest smoothie kings I’ve been to. The staff was nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. When I got in front, the rep was nice and friendly. Wasn’t too much of a wait time here. Although she was by herself, she was very efficient and got 3 of us in and out quickly.

“My family and I were traveling from Michigan to Florida on May 27 when we stopped at one of your Georgia locations. My wife, who is vegan, purchased a smoothie and a sealed container of your Cheezy Kale Chips.

About an hour later, she opened the container and discovered a long blond hair inside. Understandably, we did not turn around, but she immediately attempted to contact the store to inform someone. She called multiple times, left voicemails, and even tried reaching your corporate office—again, with no answer or return call.

Approximately a week and a half later, after returning from Florida, we tried again to call both the store and your corporate office. Still, we could not get anyone to answer or return our calls. We checked my wife's voice mail - nothing from Arden's Garden.

On our drive back to Michigan, we stopped again at the same store with the original package (still containing the blond hair). The store clerk acknowledged the issue but stated he didn’t know how to process a refund.

While the hair in the product was unpleasant, our primary concern is the complete lack of response and accountability from both the store and your corporate office. We expected better from a company that promotes health, quality, and integrity.

UPDATE: A representative from the company contacted my wife, apologized, and remedied the situation.“

“The service was stellar! The gentleman preparing the food was extraordinarily patient, going above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with my food choices. He seemed to truly care.

Food was great! I appreciated the many organic ingredients and the plethora of clean menu options. Would have loved more fruit in my acai bowl but the granola made up for it. Egg sandwich was good but would have been better hot.
