Taza Grill Reviews
The best food I have tasted located in a gas station!!! Great lamb gyro and equally great is the fish sandwich
I ordered on line for pickup. My gyro plate with lentil rice and greek salad was delicious, as usual! It was ready on time. I could only eat half of the very generous portions of meat and rice so now I have lunch for tomorrow. Great value!
Yes, it is in a gas station mini-mart, but it was fine to go and pickup. There was a line to pickup when I went so they definitely have a good following. The food was really good and the people running it were nice. Prices were reasonable. I would recommend for a takeout lunch or dinner!

Taza Grill offers a delightful dining experience with a variety of Mediterranean dishes. The menu includes beef shawarma wraps, chicken shawarma bowls, and flavorful gyros such as the juicy and flavorful lamb gyro that customers often praise. Vegetarian options are available, like eggplant Parmesan and falafel, along with salads like Greek salad, chickpea salad, beet salad, pasta salad, and cous-cous, all prepared with care and fresh ingredients. The restaurant provides dietary options including vegetarian and gluten-free choices. Despite being located inside a gas station, the food is excellent and feels like a true food haven. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff, including the owner and chef, are friendly, caring, and accommodating, often smiling at customers. The food is consistently delicious, with tasty flavors, and some dishes may be slightly underseasoned, but overall, Taza Grill is a must-visit destination for a satisfying meal. Desserts like baklava are also available, adding a sweet touch to the experience. Customers recommend picking up ToGo since the restaurant is inside a gas station, but the food remains very good. The staff are friendly and the portions are generous, with a good variety at fair prices. The falafel bowl with garlic sauce and tzatziki, rice, and salad is highly recommended, and many see it as a hidden gem for Mediterranean food in the area. Despite the location, Taza Grill is considered by many to serve the best Mediterranean food on the West Side, offering a combination of American fast food and Middle Eastern specialties that are always delicious.
