“We were looking for a healthy breakfast place in the area and found the stellar reviews for Daily Chew and wanted to give it a try. Boy were we happy we did! The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the lovely outside seating area was exactly the vibe we wanted. We took Mark’s advice on what to order and the food was flavorful, unique and had our eyes wide! We will absolutely be back!“
“I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled given how kind and and generous the owner was (not to mention the delicious food). As soon as I walked in, the owner welcomed me in and offered a free cup of delicious vegan soup. He later gave me a sample of delicious, strong coffee too! The food was great, and the atmosphere and service couldn’t be more welcoming. I’m visiting from out of town, but I’d be eating here on a regular basis if I lived in Atlanta!“
“The hummus rivals any that I have had in Tel Aviv. In fact, it may be better. Combined with the crispy fresh pita and pickled vegetables, it’s a joy. The Southern Italian is sandwich perfection. The sweet pork with the collards, peppers, and sharp provolone makes for a masterful combination. And that sesame bread. Just go. Trust me.“
“This place is awesome and the food is delicious. I was there a couple of months ago before a concert and went back tonight (going to another concert) and the staff remembered me! That’s customer service right there! Highly recommend this place“
“Place is a not pricey but the food is incredible. I had the ribeye and it was perfect. Highly recommend their Manhattan as they use Cynar instead of vermouth which gives it a unique flavor. Service was great and the servers were really nice. Highly recommend at least once.Kid-friendliness: I thought restaurant staff was really nice to our 4 month old daughter and did their best to make sure she was comfortable“
“I was delighted to see that Kameel opened a second Aviva location in Midtown Atlanta! I had been a regular at his original downtown location years ago when I worked at the Peachtree Center. This new location is even better, serving the best baba ghanoush, falafel, tabbouleh that I’ve had. The chicken shawarma and pasta are also excellent. I had the pleasure of seeing Kameel today, and he is most charismatic!“
“A fantastic surprise. We stumbled into this delightful restaurant on accident and plan to return often. Homemade bread, traditional Turkish meals with fresh ingrediants and a very pleasing atmosphere. Staff was happy, welcoming, and efficient. I look forward to returning again and again.“
“I had the hummus, the lentil soup and grilled vegetables. I had been hoping for some vegan baba ghanoush, but the menu stated that it had yogurt in it. The hummus was much better than your average store bought hummus. It came with pita bread and a few olives, if it had included some cucumber slices and celery sticks it could probably be a meal in itself. The vegan items are not labeled on the menu, but the staff were friendly and answered questions.“
“Love this place. Been here maybe five times since coming to ATL in 2020. Would get here more, but I'm rarely downtown on a weekday, and this place isn't open on weekends. It's mainly to-go, couple tables outside with maybe 10 parking spots (recently paved). You used to order outside, but now you can order inside. They take cards, ApplePay, Wallet etc., but there's a $10 minimum for non-cash. Any combo will get you past that threshold. I've only ever gotten the lamb gyro with fries. Someday I'll try something else, but I like that gyro too much. Meaty, fresh vegetables and a sauce that's just right (not heavy or too runny). The Halal lamb is seared with almost a crust on the outside. Fresh and healthy and not greasy--I don't like those things, and I would not come here repeatedly if that was the case.“
“This was nearby and I decided to try it for lunch. I ordered the chicken kabob plate which came with (yellow) basmati and a side salad. I watched her cook the chicken breast to order which was nice to see it made fresh. Flavor of the chicken and rice was delicious!! I also ordered a side of Greek fries. I think the fries could be a bit crispier. The lady who took my order and cooked it was very sweet. Place was clean. I’d recommend it and would try other dishes!Dietary restrictions: I am gluten and dairy free and they were able to put those item separate.Parking: There is free parking behind the building“
“I had dinner with three colleagues at 5:30 on a Wednesday. We sat inside by the window and enjoyed every single dish. We tried several dishes and loved each one. They offer non-alcohol and alcohol drinks and have an upstairs patio which looks over the small playground. The staff are super friendly and noticed that we were in deep conversation and didn’t bother us. I gave the perfect amount of service. I would go back here many many times.Dietary restrictions: They offer several gluten-free options in my friend with celiac really enjoyed the pizza“
“5 STARS! I miss getting shawarma in NYC and decided to try this place. Food was delicious, the place is clean, and the woman at the register was so kind and helpful. Get yourself extra white sauce (garlic sauce). After eating lunch, I went back in and ordered plates for dinner. Can't wait to go back!!!“
“Love love love this place! The staff is so kind and always smiling! The food is excellent. So clean tasting. You can tell they really care about their product. Only down side is they are located in a gas station. I will drive out of my way to get their hummus ?“
“It was my first time and I got to say I really enjoyed it, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. We took the ribs and chops and also tried the chicken wings and let me tell you the ribs were soft and cooked at perfect temperature. It was just amazing. They had a few side options to go with the mean like green beans and some eggplant stew which were nice. Best thing is it’s even halal so I’d totally recommend it. It is next to a masjid which I thought was nice.“
“The atmosphere of this restaurant is beautiful. They are kind , considerate, and thoughtful. Even provided hand wipes after we finished eating. Provided several accommodations (hand wipes, to go boxes, refilled water constantly etc) I am beyond happy with my experience. Very reasonably priced as well. On a scale of 1-10 the food broke the scale because it was just that good. ??☺️Dietary restrictions: They ask you immediately upon arrival about any dietary restrictions.“
“Ordered takeout for lunch today and I was thoroughly impressed start to finish. The owner was very sweet and eagerly explained each side. I love their passion for authentic Greek/Mediterranean food. You can tell in the food - everything was extremely fresh, delicious and fast. Some of the best I’ve had. I’ll definitely be retuning!“
“I love this place every time I come here. The I get a salmon wrap, salmon is always cooked to perfection not too hard and so perfectly moist and soft. And I usually get it with the pesto wrap with the veggie wrap mixed this time I combined all three, and I got the harissa with the pesto in a veggie wrap. It was absolutely amazing definitely made with love and the veggies are sooo good. I always get a side of the basmati, rice, and a cucumber and tomato salad. I was going to take a picture, but then I ate all the food. It’s always so fast, but still made with Love and I like that I can still dine in and relax and work.“
“The food was very good. The food was flavorful and served hot. We had 3 appetizers; the Kebbe stuffed with meat, Turkish Lahmajoun and the fried cauliflower with a tasty sauce. Our mains were the 10oz burger, schnitzel burger, schnitzel platter and Roasted Eggplant with tahina as well as 2 children's meals. The service was excellent. The ambiance was average. I would definitely eat at Nur kitchen again“
“We had a great work event at Basils, which from the start accommodated our request by opening 30 minutes early. Upon arrival, all tables were set up, wine glasses prepared and a bartender ready to go. Appetizers were served shortly after guests arrived - fried ravioli, mushroom flatbread, and Caprese Crostini - all were excellent! The dinner was served shortly after, and even after the filling appetizers, much was consumed because it was simply delicious!! The vibes, the cozy environment and attentiveness were on point. I strongly recommend Basils for large parties or events! My guests want to do it again!Parking: The restaurant has a free valet serve, which makes going there very convenient.“
“Amazing food! Loved the hummus with pita. Spanikopita is worth trying, and the falafel was delicious. Friends of mine enjoyed the kabobs and Lamb chops! We got so excited about the entrees that I forgot to take photos, so the only ones I have are of the appetizers. Staff is awesome as well. You will love it here!!“
“I came here to go to CAVA and the guy who made my bowl acted as if he did not want to be at work. He seemed very annoyed with me and I don’t know why. But the food was good free I asked the cashier if she could add more toppings to my bowl.“
“It's a 10/10 for me One of my family's favorite restaurant. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. The food, very tasty and serving potions are neither to big or too little. and priced very fairly. Service is very timely and courteous. The music completes the ambience.“
“My husband and I go to this Gusto every Sunday between church services. Not only is the food delicious, but the staff are the best and have even learned my name! Gusto is by far and away one of my favorite fast casual restaurants and this location is one of my favorites too!“
“There’s no words to it when it’s good excellent clean food that’s organic that knows what you’re going into your body. I mean it’s just there’s no words to describe the good feeling that you have and spicy lamb meatballs ❤️❤️❤️.“
“My go to Cava location. Went close to closing time and Bruce & Imani (sp) were great! Even though it was about 15 mins to close, they still provided great service and had positive attitudes. That really goes a long way, so keep them around! Thanks so much y’all!“
“The little restaurant is inside a market with Israeli goods. It feels like little Israel! There’s parking out front, but if there are no spots available, there’s more parking at the back of the building. I ordered with the cashier and when it was ready, my food was on the counter by the takeout window next to the cashier’s counter. There’s a small area with tables and chairs, plus a counter, for dining in. For the pastries, you get a styrofoam container or a paper bag, then use the tongs. You bring it to the cashier, show them what you got, and then pay.I got the Shawarma Platter ($19) with rice. It came with Israeli salad, hummus, and tahini. It was delicious, but I also tried the Shawarma Sandwich on pita ($16), and I thought that was even better.Every pastry I’ve had has been delicious. Highly recommend just trying them all! Not sure about individual prices, but I got 6 pastries and it came out to about $10-$11.Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back!“
“Absolutely the best authentic food! Better than my Middle Eastern mother makes, but don’t tell her! Anyway, we had the fried eggplant, grape leaves, chicken shawarma, kofta, rice, pita, and baklava. All were delicious but the rice and eggplant in particular were so flavorful that I had to buy more to take home for a midnight snack!Staff and service were great too! Mohammad took care of us and was absolutely outstanding. He was courteous, efficient, and has an engaging personality. Will definitely tell my friends and return often.“
“This restaurant is conveniently attached to the Hyatt Centric in Buckhead. I had the breakfast which included a variety of options for all diet types from fruit and yogurt to hearty entrees such as omletes and breakfast sandwiches, there is something for everyone. The food quality pairs well with the value. At the time of this review, average cost for an entree was $17 to $20. Breakfast runs from 6 to 11. The atmosphere is very peaceful and decadent. Has an almost Mediterranean vibe. Seats are positioned around a bar at the center. The wait staff is very responsive and friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Overall a good restaurant but may be overshadowed by the plethora of restaurants a stones throw away from the hotel at Lenox squareVegetarian options: Fruit platterParking: If the mall is open, the parking is free and just across the hotel. If the mall is closed, parking is paid at the hotel which does include valet“
“This place is amazing. Not only the best Turkish food in Atlanta, it is also the best restaurant in Virginia Highland. I normally get the mixed grill but today I got the beef tenderloin and Adana kebab. Both were perfect. I also highly recommend getting the mix of 3 spreads. My favorites are babaganoush, muhammara, and eggplant salad.“
“Love the Greek salad here and then getting 3 falafel on the side to put on top of the salad. The falafel sandwich "wrap" is also nice here for $8. If you show up between 12 and 1 be prepared to wait for about 15 minutes at least for a 1 person order because it is a popular lunch spot. Also, this place has the guilting you tip screen like so many establishments for take-out orders nowadays.“
“We enjoyed some fast-casual Greek food at Grecian Gyro-Tucker. My husband both ordered the Gyro Wraps which were fresh and yummy. Leyla & Alex were friendly and happy to serve us! we chose to dine in but you can can also get to go at the counter OR order ahead online on their website and have it ready to grab-N-go. We are lucky to have a location here in Tucker! #OnceAWeekGoGreek“
“Cheers to the manager who went above and beyond for me last night dropping off rice and baklava because I was not happy with the food delivery. After talking to this manager this is what he did along with explaining the portions plus the error on my end. You've restored my faith in customer service and next time we will dine in for the full experience. Thanks again “
“Mmmmm, shawarma. Got a Bezoria feast, a bowl stuffed with meats, veggies and sauce plus falafel. The meats here are high quality, and I loved the chicken and grilled shrimp combo! Combine that with tender yellow rice, crunchy vegetables and creamy tahini and garlic sauce and you are in for an explosion of flavor. They have a variety of Cokes and some delicious teas and specialty drinks. I loved the tangy, sweet and floral Rosewater lemonade! For a quick and delicious meal that is so filling and way healthier than a burger, Bezoria is the answer! The falafel is fresh and fried crispy with a tender center and, save room for dessert because the baklava was GOOOOOD.Parking: Busy on a Friday night but it’s a big parking lot.“
“I tried the restaurant inside the Tip Top Market after a suggestion from Next Door. I pass by almost everyday on my way to one of my offices and did not call my attention. I went for lunch and took some pictures so you have an idea of how it looks inside. At the end of the market is the restaurant with tables of different sizes. They bring you three small plates at the beginning while you wait for your food. I took a picture of them.I ordered the Moustaffa that is eggplant with ground beef. It came with rice and a salad. My intention was to take a picture of my food before I started but I forgot. I took it midway. Next time I would do.They ran out of desserts. I would be back and try other menu items.“
“I enjoyed my visit and food. However, there was no public restroom. Also I did find a bone left in the chicken noodle entre I ordered but I understand that happens sometimes. Atleast everything was fully cooked. Food was served promptly enough... servers were friendly, and accommodated well. Overall, I would recommend it's a lovely place for a small family gathering.“
“Lamb gyro with Greek salad side. INFREAKINCREDIBLE! While staying with a family member at the hospital, I tried several of the small restaurants across the street. None of which were disappointing. While picking up an order elsewhere, I stumbled across Fresh 4U.BEST gyro I’ve ever eaten. The price with tip was $5 cheaper than any of the other places that I tried. I wish I had gone here first. Super friendly and fast service. They are generous, but if you’re like me, ask for extra tziki sauce. This is only the only restaurant review that I’ve ever done. They deserve it! Did I mention that the food was GREAT?!“
“Such delicious food, excellent falafel and salads, hummus, baba ghanoush, and huge servings! Everything we had was vegan and very flavourful. Made for a wonderful picnic in sunny L5P!Vegetarian options: The Mediterranean platter is available as vegan or vegetarian and there are many other menu offerings that are available as well.“
“wasn't sure what to expect, but so glad I stumbled on this gem in Buckhead. the food was super, spinakopita was A+ and the lamb was too. service was just OK, a little understaffed I think, but the food quality , presentation, and portions more than made up for it. I definitely noticed this is a locals fav for dinner and I get it.“
“This is my FAVORITE place in Atlanta for chicken. Their tandoori chicken is truly the best chicken I’ve put in my mouth. Very affordable for the quality of food you’re getting, and the service is always lovely. If you’re looking for a nice sit-down spot, this isn’t it. Their dining in experience isn’t very basic. But if you want amazing food for a great price, get over here.Vegetarian options: Falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, pita“
“Had a good Gyro, wasn't impressed with the Feta Fries that were pushed as the best thing ever. The afternoon sun was blinding as well, they need to lower the blinds earlier in the day to keep that from bothering the guests.Parking: its a strip mall there is plenty of parking“
“I’ve eaten here a few times it’s always a noticeable difference when Musa is in she makes sure to greet everyone and thank them for coming in.. great personality, great upseller as well always talks me into getting more than I came for lol.“
“I love the food at Cava! It’s always fresh and delicious. Tonight I went in to get food to go for dinner and Gigi and her team were very pleasant and had excellent customer service! I was very pleased with how much they smiled at everyone and they were so friendly! You don’t see that much anymore anywhere. Thanks for making me smile this evening, Gigi!“
“Beautiful atmosphere!!!The drinks are great. I had the Pink Smash. Sweet and strong how I like it. The food was pretty good. The roasted potatoes could have been a little better. Our server was a little too sarcastic and passive-aggressive. Her tone was a little nasty. Customer service is not her strong suit. Hate I don't have her name. Other than that, a lot of women complained about the floors being very sleek. I saw 2 women fall during our birthday dinner. Also, be prepared to provide your ID at the door and ladies, your bags will get checked thoroughly. The bouncer literally had me open my tiny med/pill case. SMH!Parking is $20 valet or self.Over all, this can be a great place for friends to hang out. Just prepare first.Parking: $20 valet$20 self parking“
“Stopped in after a movie at Landmark Cinemas. The atmosphere and decor is cozy and welcoming. I could see this little place filled with local residence as the menu is varied and reasonably priced. I ordered the salmon pasta with chorizo. Initially, I thought the dish needed salt, but once I had piece of the shaved (not ground) chorizo, I found it perfect. My buddy ordered mussels and was served a ridiculous portion. It literally could have served three people. After sampling a few I agreed that they were very good. Overall, we enjoyed or meal, the setting and service. We'll be back.“
“Place is great unfortunately I will never be coming back. I ate a nice meal and a man watched me walk off the premises for about 10 minutes in a blue sedan. I then got back and was ticketed despite eating a full meal at this restaurant. He proceeded to be incredibly rude and insulting when I asked him why he had booted me. That’s likely why the entire center has such rapid turnover. If I were the owner of the shops I would make absolutely certain not to scare away good customers. If he had waited 8-10 minutes before booting my car and extorting me, this would not have happened.“
“This is my favorite food place by GSU. Every time I go they’re quick and very kind. The prices for their food are affordable and the amount of food is great!! I always get the chicken gyro spicy, grape leaves, and pasta. The grape leaves are the best I have EVER had. The pasta salad is better than any pasta salad I’ve ever ate. And the chicken gyro is just chefs kiss. I always get it to go because I don’t think there is seating except in the area next door (which is public seating). Great Place for a quick but fulfilling meal!!!“
“This place is AMAZING!! The set up, the decor, the vibe, everything is the bomb!! Great clean atmosphere with nice drinks. The music is on point.Nice spot to chill, have drinks, eat and converse over great music. I highly recommend Preview Restaurant if you are looking for a great spot to chill in the Atlanta/ Buckhead area.“
“This is the first affordable West African food I've ever found stateside! $7.50 for spicy chicken and some sort of yummy veggie plasa. I hope this lunch special works out for them, as I would love to see more of these places offering something for less than $20. (side note: if there could be a veggies+yam special at this price, that would be fantastic).Great playlist, too!“
“Really lovely experience! The service, ambiance, and food were all top notch. The cavatelli is delish, as is the white chocolate pistachio cheesecake. The only negative is parking is just street parking - if you go during off hours, parking is fine. When it’s busy, parking can be tricky. But major props to the team. With so many restaurants in town, I don’t repeat many, but I’ll go back here!“
