This restaurant is conveniently attached to the Hyatt Centric in Buckhead. I had the breakfast which included a variety of options for all diet types from fruit and yogurt to hearty entrees such as omletes and breakfast sandwiches, there is something for everyone. The three Arches is a cozy place, modern yet tastefully decorated. People working there are very nice and the food is a level above. Wine glass could be a bit more generous at this price. Flat bread was clearly made of fresh ingredients. The half chicken was juicy and tasty. Fish of the day was a salmon with pistou and broad beans and it was a pleasant surprise.
