Very low-key and small shop with extremely good pupusas. Ordered one Chicharron and one chicken and red chili with side of beans and fried plantains. They were both very good and they have complimentary slaw and hot sauces available. During the winter, the owner brings in all her plants and it's a quaint little place. The owner and her husband were very friendly and came out to the dining room to say hello. What they lack in ambience they make up in flavor.
Met a close friend here for the pupusas and was blown away at the food quality and love that goes into every bite. Had a lovely convo with the owners and one has a Bronx connection (and the other Salvadorean). Great relishes and the location is as unique and playful as the food.
