“love the smoothies here. i usually get blueberry, banana, and strawberry, but i wanted to try the papaya. i ordered my smoothie ahead, but there was a long line and i also bought additional drinks. while waiting in line, i saw the guy making what i thought was my smoothie cause of the colors and then he told his coworker something about my name cause i heard him say it like he was making fun of it or something. well people have different names in different cultures just as an fyi. nothing to laugh about“

Just when I was starting to lose hope, their amazing customer service and welcoming atmosphere brought it right back. My smoothie was fire, the energy was good, and Zay K took great care of me. “Here’s what I love about my experience. The girl working behind the counter was slightly overwhelmed with orders and anyone watching and waiting can clearly see she’s the only working. She handled herself very well. Communicated with every customer apologizing for the long wait and she was still smiling through it.

I think that kinda attitude is what satisfies a customer and we’re ok with waiting a while to get what we came for. My orders are always right, juices are always fresh! Add great customer service on top of that and I’m a happy customer.

“My family and I were traveling from Michigan to Florida on May 27 when we stopped at one of your Georgia locations. My wife, who is vegan, purchased a smoothie and a sealed container of your Cheezy Kale Chips.

About an hour later, she opened the container and discovered a long blond hair inside. Understandably, we did not turn around, but she immediately attempted to contact the store to inform someone. She called multiple times, left voicemails, and even tried reaching your corporate office—again, with no answer or return call.

Approximately a week and a half later, after returning from Florida, we tried again to call both the store and your corporate office. Still, we could not get anyone to answer or return our calls. We checked my wife's voice mail - nothing from Arden's Garden.

On our drive back to Michigan, we stopped again at the same store with the original package (still containing the blond hair). The store clerk acknowledged the issue but stated he didn’t know how to process a refund.

While the hair in the product was unpleasant, our primary concern is the complete lack of response and accountability from both the store and your corporate office. We expected better from a company that promotes health, quality, and integrity.

UPDATE: A representative from the company contacted my wife, apologized, and remedied the situation.“

“Vital Vybz is definitely a hidden gem. The smoothie I had was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. It is a bit on the pricey side, but honestly, it feels worth it knowing you’re supporting a local business, which we should all be doing more of.

The spot itself is pretty lowkey and easy to miss if you’re not looking for it, but once you find it, you’ll be glad you did. They also carry a wide selection of vitamins and supplements, which is a huge plus.

On top of that, the energy inside is super welcoming and positive. Overall, a great place I’ll definitely be coming back to.“

“There were times where I will go to a smoothie place, not this one in particular where it would taste more like ice than a smoothie. I just briefly asked the manager. Can he make sure that it tastes less like ice and more like a smoothie and when I tell you, he made me the best smoothie I’ve tasted all year. He was so kind about it and I will be back.
