“Here’s what I love about my experience. The girl working behind the counter was slightly overwhelmed with orders and anyone watching and waiting can clearly see she’s the only working. She handled herself very well. Communicated with every customer apologizing for the long wait and she was still smiling through it.

I think that kinda attitude is what satisfies a customer and we’re ok with waiting a while to get what we came for. My orders are always right, juices are always fresh! Add great customer service on top of that and I’m a happy customer.

“A friend and I went for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon (around 3:00). I'll start with the very positive: the salads were excellent and there were several organic options available. But...

The place was about 25% full. I don't know if we just barely missed a lunch rush, but the place was quite messy. Several of the tables were sitting with previous diners' stuff still on them and there were no napkins out.

And for two salads (we both added a protein) and 3 bottles of water (I was thirsty), we paid $55 and change. Now, this is a place where you wait in a line to place your order and move along with the employee as they assemble your order, much like Chipotle or Subway, but that's not a Chipotle/Subway price.

As I said, the food was excellent, but it IS salad and it is very much a fast food experience (disposable cutlery and all). I frequent a salad place near my home called Chopt that is very close in enjoyment, albeit with no organic options, to Upbeet for about half the price.
