Worst Smoothie King I’ve ever been to. I waited about 25 minutes at the front of the line waiting for someone to take my order. Then another 35 minutes for my ONE smoothie, while the people behind me (a group of 4) got their order ahead of me. Then when I finally got my order it was the wrong size. At least the flavor was good.The wait was ridiculous, but also waiting longer than the people behind me is crazy. There is no structure at all, very unorganized and super slow.

usually there are 2 guys working here and they are always cool.. but today i walked in there were two young ladies working there talking about their baby daddy and other unnecessary drama. I placed my order and went to my car because I really didn’t want to hear that. smoothie was ok.

I ordered on the website, but my order was never received at the store but the money was taken from my bank, so I paid again for my order and have spent 3 weeks trying to get a refund. Several calls and emails but no one has contacted me back.

This smoothie king have the potential to be good but the people they hire is so unprofessional and not friendly I order a smoothie today and when I walked in the lady wasn’t welcoming at all and she was on the phone ! She had it on speaker and it was just over all not a good experience I really didn’t even want the smoothie anymore because I felt it was just unsanitary .

Y’all really need to clean up, it’s mess and splatter everywhere, stinks and the register, glass, even the cups are dirty. Disgusting, I walked out ew.

It literally took 30 mins to receive my order today. Employees were reading recipes on their phone. Only one employee was wearing gloves. Phones are not clean and using those same hands to prepare my smoothie was alarming.

I wanted to use a coupon for my order and was still charged full price. When I asked about the coupon she told me it was my responsibility to select it, even though I asked to use it. I was under the impression that the scan was the coupon. She was in a terrible mood and it really came off rude.

Worst customer Service I have ever had in my life, the manager on duty who refused to give her real name. But went by Jay, refused to honor the $2 off same day coupon for completing a Survey. These guys are Rude, Crooks, & Liars!!

This is my first time here, it's smaller which is not an issue at all. Customer service is non existent. There was no greeting, no communication. It was not busy at least from what I could see. There were only 2 customers inside , and this location does not have a drive through so I'm confused why a simple hello or one second could not be said. If you don't take care of your customers I doubt you are taking care of what we are consuming. Needs better hospitality.

Tevon made my smoothie and it was awesome! I always come here and it's always good! But when I walked in today, J (the manager) was speaking OUT LOUD to Tevon in training mode. Great managers pull staff aside privately and guide on procedures, but J yells across to Tevon charging him on what to do!Idk, I guess I'd prefer if I worked there to be spoken to and not at loudly! I think it's a bit unprofessional and mean honestly.I only know their names because I asked... anyway...Besides this, great smoothies!

Good customer service is rare and if you come to this Smoothie King on Powers Ferry in ATL on Friday and a girl name Jae is there, leave. She is a surly gate keeper of $1 upsize and her rude customer service seems to be acceptable by the organization.
