Chef Antonio is the person hit up when you need some great lunch at work. Or even breakfast before work! He has a wide variety of options available daily, as well as a daily specials menu that changes weekly.

I cannot praise his chocolate chip cookies enough, and I love his quesadilla, taco salad, and chicken salad sandwich.

It’s inside the office complex, so keep that in mind. It’s typically open 8:00am to 2:00pm, but sometimes closed for personal reasons.

Good food but the white guys who work here look like they're copy / pasted clones.

Shadowood is the best! I worked near this building for a few years and consistently grabbed breakfast and lunch! Good food and great service!
