As someone who cares a lot about the value of my dollar when it comes to meals, the omakase here is nothing short of showstopping. It is worth the splurge for a special occasion. Wow!! Incredible Night of Contemporary Omikase.Super-premium fish flown in from Japan. Visually Beautiful Presentation. Excellent Service. And because it is contemporary, I must add the the creativity of the chef in blending and melding different flavor profiles to achieve the mouth feel and taste he was looking for was done to perfection and nothing was over-the-top.If you are worried that this is not traditional Japanese omikase, don’t worry.
