“Calvin ensured our group had the most amazing experience. From cocktails, to Sake, to the food… omg the food. Freshest sushi I’ve ever had in the city. The flavors were balanced and yet explosive. Literally everything was incredible. Make sure you try the lychee martini! If sake is what you’re craving, order a bottle of the Big Hawk. It pairs perfectly with everything on their menu.“

“Love this place. We eat here a couple times a month. Favorite apps are the cabbage and wood ear mushrooms. Other standard orders are the beef and cilantro soup and shrimp spicy numbing hot pot. Highly recommend.“

“This night was spectacular! The music, ambiance and food were amazing ! However, the real “WOW” was our servers, Murphey & Connor. They kept up with the “preacher, the politician and the former agent”. We laughed all night, while we enjoyed the most exceptional service around! Thank you !!!“

“Abuelo’s was recommended to us by someone who lives nearby, and we’re so glad we stopped in. Arturo was our server and was incredibly sweet and attentive. The Avocado Loco salad and Texas Margarita were both delicious. The atmosphere was warm, homey, and very friendly. We’ll definitely be back!“

“This was our second try at a poke bar in Sandy Springs and between the two that we tried, I think that this was our favorite. Both were similar in vibe (and actually both empty on a Friday evening) which is quick service with the ability to build a bowl with customized toppings after you choose your base and protein(s). There were a number of preset bowls that you could choose or you can customize everything from the start. We liked the fact that they had Korean BBQ as protein choices, and the spiciness was more approachable than the other bar that we tried. One thing that we did realize is that the difference between the small and medium bowl was marginal, if at all. The small bowl was filled more and the ingredients got smashed a little, but the volume that went into both of them looked similar. Both were delicious and I would definitely choose this one again. The one thing that this did not offer was the poke burrito option, but having tried that at the other poke bar, I decided that I would prefer the poke bowl anyway. The burrito option being filled as full as I wanted it tended to fall apart during consumption anyway, so the bowl would have been more convenient. This is now my official favorite poke bar in the area.“

“My new go-to express spot. Great options & fair prices. Food is about what you'd expect for this kind of joint. What I liked:
Friendly staff, didn't have a tip line to write in, got itemized receipt, they opened my box so I could check for my satisfaction, all my food was cooked well. I got the combo with a philly, 5pc wings, and fried rice.
Dietary restrictions: The beverage choice for the combos is limited to lemonade / kool-aid which means there are no low-sugar options available. There are other options but are sold separately.“

“I was honestly tired of going to Wendy’s or Chick Fil A and really craved a good chipper (I’m from Ireland). This place vaguely resembles one and I said I’d give it a try. The service was wonderful and the food tastes amazing. On top of it being affordable with genuine portion sizes. I’m glad I ate here.“

“I met my friend for happy hour here. The waitress was kind and knowledgeable. I ordered a lemon drop ($23) that was very strong but good. The charbroiled grilled oysters were ahhhmaaazing so ahhhmaaazing I asked for another dozen. I will definitely go back but I'll make sure to get there at exactly 4 because I don't think I was charged happy hour prices for the oysters.“
