Prefecture Japanese Steakhouse offers an incredible dining experience with a gorgeous interior and attentive service. The food, including the A5 NY Strip aburi and omakase, is outstanding and generously portioned. The ambiance, accompanied by nice music, is comforting. Drinks, especially the Martini with the caviar bump, are top-notch. The 8 course tasting menu is highly recommended. Overall, a wonderful place for special occasions and memorable dining.
