Japanese with a Korean flair. Great prices + great quality + _extremely_ great service. Surprisingly, they’ve been a “near-kept secret” in Atlanta for nearly 50 years. (Since 1970?)We’ve been eating here & picking up more-and-more regularly for only the past 3 years.
Best shushi ever, definitely will come back, highly recomended👌🏼
This is a fantastic sushi restaurant. The team is so friendly and oh my, the food just keeps coming (and is amazing!)

Kang Nam in Atlanta offers a wonderful variety of Banchan, fresh Sushi + Sashimi, and excellent service. The staff shows exceptional hospitality, especially towards children. Chef Yun’s mastery and warm care enhance the experience. The cozy ambiance, great sushi, and beautiful presentation make it a memorable dining experience. Many guests find the food excellent, the prices reasonable, and the service outstanding. Tuna Sandwich Roll, Dragon Roll, Beef Fried Rice, and Calamari Tempura were mentioned as fresh and tasty. The sushi was solid and well-prepared. Service was great and rooms felt cozy and intimate. Combo meals are generous with portions and offer a ton of variety. Nigiri was pretty good, though some were too chewy and had too much wasabi. Rolls were mostly California roll variants.
