A bit pricey but good
I have eaten here several times. I love to eat sushi and have been trying to find a great sit down Sushi and Hibachi restaurant. This place is very straightforward in its menu options and presentations for the various options are fresh, tasty and very filling to eat. There is not really much on the sushi side of the menu that is bad. If you do not like spicy food there are a few options I would avoid. Umami Tavern in Jefferson is amazing! I didn't get the servers name but she did well waiting on my table. A perfect balance of being around when I needed. The fried calamari was delicious with or without the dipping sauce. The steak, shrimp, and chicken plate suprized me with its size. It did not disappoint, the meats were cooked to perfection. I should have cut open a piece of steak for a picture, medium rare to perfection 🤤
