An unsuspecting great sushi stop that happens to be in a Kroger shopping center. We randomly stopped here on our road trip. Highly recommend the King Salmon Roll dipped in Gyoza sauce. The Rainbow Roll was also great. Some of the best sushi.Parking: Medium sized shopping center with plenty of parking.
The cashier was really friendly. I got hibachi chicken and shrimp tempura sushi. My fried rice and vegetables were pretty good, but the chicken is pretty bland. The sushi was pretty good and I'd like to try more. I recommend sticking to sushi and different meat than chicken for the hibachi meals.

This was my first time trying this "hibachi Express spot" and I must say.... I was very pleased. I think we all know that most of these joints are "hit and miss" but this was on point!!! The steak was not dry and hard but tender and juicy same as the Chicken.. and the yum yum sauce!!! ?? Best I've had EVER.. and I don't do yum yum sauce!
