“First time coming here and we will 100% be coming back. First off the service. Our server was Kimmy and she was amazing. So friendly and so attentive. Such an amazing waitress. Secondly the atmosphere. Its a very comforting environment inside. Plenty of seating and space. And finally the food. We ordered the crab lagoons, tempura shrimp, hibachi steak and shrimp and the general tsos chicken. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. The lunch specials still provide a ton of food at an amazing price. 10/10 will be coming back.“

“Hong Kong Restaurant in Winder is my favorite Chinese restaurant.

I have been ordering takeout from this restaurant for years, and I have never been disappointed. I usually place my order over the phone, and the staff always repeats the order back to me to make sure everything is correct. Their communication is excellent, and my order is usually ready for pickup in about 15 minutes.

The food is incredibly tasty, always fresh, and the staff treats people with respect. I highly recommend Hong Kong Restaurant to anyone looking for great takeout in Winder.

“I had a great experience at this Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the General Tso’s chicken, which was crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The owner was also very kind and gave me a free lemonade, which tasted amazing and made my visit even better. The excellent customer service and tasty food will definitely make me come back again.“

“I ordered the shrimp fried rice via DoorDash and BOY was it tasty! Piping hot and a decent amount of shrimp! I was surprised the shrimp weren’t tiny. I look forward to trying their many other dishes! Definitely a new favorite restaurant of mine! Thanks for the amazing meal, Oriental Kitchen!“

“Their Wednesday price cost me less than $7. That was an excellent price for a buffet. 👍The buffet was advertised as $5.99, but I only got water and it cost $6.70. I don't know where the other charges came from, but I didn't argue about it.

Their General Tso's, House Chicken, Mongolian, Ginger, and Rangoon were delicious.
I was unimpressed by the cabbage egg rolls.

They open at 11 am, but I would recommend coming in at 12pm or later to give them time to set everything up.

Their Men's bathroom is tricky. I couldn't find the light switch. It is up against the wall. If you face the door, from the inside of the bathroom, it is all the way against the wall on your left.“

“This is the best restaurant in Statham. Been going here for years, at least once a week and never had an issue. Forget about everybody else, Edee's, Blazers, Savvy Cakes and for God's sakes don't go anywhere near either of the pizza places and that goes double for the Subway. This is where you want to go, trust me.“

“Was in town for work and wanted something quick. Since my motel had a fridge and microwave picked up enough for dinner for 2 nights. Had Mongolian beef, massaman curry, and crab rations. I went to location to order although you can order online. I waited less than 10 minutes. Food was good and amount was reasonable for price“

“My wife and I have been eating here since the day they opened. It is family owned and family run. Food was so so when it first opened. But the food improved all the time to where it’s excellent now. Service is great and have they messed up our order. Thank you for the good food and great service.“

“Always a good experience here. Had a young girl at the drive thru today around 12 noon on the speaker who forgot my sauces. I went back to get them and she put the sauces in my hand aggressively like she was upset that I told her that she forgot my sauce. Please if possible, let her know that I didn’t mean it any type of way or that I wasn’t rudely telling her she forgot. I just let her know because she asked before she gave me my food and genuinely seemed to forget she asked. Other than this experience, I always had a good interaction with the workers here.“
