Chay (The Manager) is such an amazing person. Almost every time my family and I eat here, he is here. He is so friendly and helpful. You can tell that he is just such a good person. GOD Bless You Chay!!
Great Customer Service!
Both managers demonstrated top-tier customer service. After receiving cold fries and being unable to return to the restaurant, I called to request a refund. April, the manager, kindly offered to replace my entire meal whenever I was able to come back. When I returned the following Thursday, April wasn’t there, but the manager on duty provided the same level of service and honored the replacement without hesitation. That is true customer service.
