Our coupons weren’t working and Jackie took the time to call her manager and get things straightened out for me - as expensive as everything is these days, that helped a lot. “I got the second sub from here this evening that I’ve ever ate from this restaurant. The food was very good. Everything seemed fresh. The bread, to me, was not hard. It was quite pleasant feeling and tasting. Service was very good, Prompt and pleasant. The only things wrong with my order were that I paid for a large drink, and only got a regular size. I also think they left off my oil and vinegar but That wasn’t enough to make me not want to eat here again.“

“Love love love Jersey Mike's and there subs. But the girl preparing the sandwich and ringing the order up has a nasty attitude and wasn't friendly at all like she doesn't like her job. I simply ask for bacon on the side and said it 3 times she acknowledged me and that was it, no bacon and a bigger attitude. Missed the sandwich with the oil and vinegar. Just very rude.“
