“I want to take a moment to recognize Cooper! I visit this location often, and honestly, the customer service hasn’t always been great—until I met Cooper on Saturday.

Cooper was hands down the best! I’ll definitely be coming back as long as he’s there to assist us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, prepared our order quickly, and had us in and out in no time. He even offered great recommendations for our sandwiches, knowing they wouldn’t be eaten until the next day.

“Under the new management last year, this sandwich shop has become my go-to lunch spot. I've tried several sandwiches, and my favorites are the Philly cheesesteak and the Proscuitto with fresh Mozzarella, both are excellent. I've also heard great things about the tuna sandwich, so that's definitely next on my list.

If you're looking to skip the carbs, they offer salad options too, but it's hard to resist their sides. The French fries, chicken tenders, and wings are seriously addictive. Portions are very generous. I've even saved leftovers to finish for dinner more than once. Overall, if you want a quick but flavorful lunch, you definitely need to check this place out!“

I had a crazy day at work and the boyfriend wanted to cheer me up on his way home, me still stuck at work, tried, hungry and covered in filth. He came to this location and placed his order at 5:31pm on Sunday December 14, 2025. Gabrielle took the order but my shout out goes to whoever the master is at making my sandwich perfect! I had tears of joy because lately when I go to my favorite sandwich shop, Jimmy John's, it's trash. I was so happy one opened right down the road from my work in Braselton but it was one of the worst subs I've had from any Jimmy John's next to the one in Alpharetta that gave me brown rotten lettuce. To the gentleman who took the time(crazy fast according to my boyfriend) I want to personally thank you for doing such a good job. I always get a veggie sub, extra cheese, disgusting amount of extra mayo, light lettuce, add pickles, onions, and Jimmy peppers. Thank you for actually filling my sandwich with veggies. Thank you for caring. I truly appreciate you. You made me so happy simply by caring and making such a delicious sub. I truly hope your manager or the owner sees my review and lets you know how truly happy you made a fellow customer service employee this evening. “Food was really good. I got the Buffalo Chicken Philly with cheesy fries (really really good) and hubby got the original Philly. Very please with the food esp since it is the mall after all. Servers were kind and manager right up front for any concerns (there's always that one in line) overall awesome ?“

“The atmosphere in the restaurant was light and airy. The only thing that made it a little bit annoying was as the sun was starting to descend in the sky, it got brighter and brighter in the restaurant!

Service was nice. In the 20 to 25 minutes that I was there, there were just a handful of customers.

The food, as usual, was on point. I ordered a club sandwich on cheesy bread with a large Dr Pepper… And since the cookies were freshly baked, I picked up three oatmeal raisin and three macadamia and white chocolate cookies.“

“I first tried Blimpie over a year ago when they still had a store in Gainesville. I ordered The Blimp sandwich and I was surprised at the size of it. As for how it tasted, it was very good. Compared to other sub sandwich restaurants, I found Blimpie to have more of everything in their sandwiches. When the Blimpie in Gainesvlle closed, through Google Maps, I found the next closest one to be on Friendship Rd. I went there for an early dinner and while a smaller location, the atmosphere was homey and the person up front was exceptionally cordial. I ordered a regular Hoboken Hero combo with chips and a drink to go. The sandwich was great with all the meats and condiments blending together creating a feeling of bliss. A great place for sub sandwiches!“

“Janiyah and Allana provided the best customer service! I had mistakenly placed a sub platter order with Publix for 7 pm but on the wrong day. Publix couldn't fulfill the order at the last minute. However, when I came and asked these ladies to make a similar order without any prior notice, they happily did it. They had the best attitudes and truly saved the day. I made it to my event on time with what I needed. It is so rare to encounter young people with such great customer service these days, so they truly deserve praise!!!“

Togo and online orders are not a priority here. Add at least 15mins to the pickup time they give you or just go inside and wait in line you’ll be served faster.“

“Please see my letter to corporate, whom I hope will recognize this manager and her team for the work they are doing. To Whom It May Concern: My name is Jennifer Turner-Lynn, and I visited the 860 Duluth Highway, Unit 1040, Lawrenceville, Ga, Firehouse Subs location on the evening of December 11, 2021. As someone who works for a non-profit and who also works closely with the public, I am all too familiar with the inclination of folks to complain versus praise, and so I wanted to make it a point to highlight your exemplary staff and the very touching situation that unfolded that evening. My husband loves Firehouse subs, especially since he is a firefighter and a paramedic, so we decided to stop in prior to watching a movie across the road. When my husband and I arrived, there was one other couple dining in, but by the time our food arrived, we were solo, in addition of course to your team. Shortly thereafter, a single female entered the restaurant. She presented with some challenges – either homeless, mental health, maybe a combination of both. She went to the counter and told the manager that she was hungry. My ears perked up at this point, as I work with victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault many of whom often experience homelessness, mental health, and substance use challenges. The manager, Alyssa, simply looked at the young woman and told her she would be glad to make her something to eat. She treated her with dignity, respect, and compassion – I’m tearing up just recalling her breadth of humanity. The firehouse team went to work, with everyone simply treating this young woman like a paying customer, and more importantly like a human. I don’t know what your company policy is on “free” food, but in case there are some “terms,” I wanted to share that your manager’s graciousness resulted in me going to the counter and purchasing a $25.00 food card for them to place with her meal, so that she could return as a paying customer in the future. The entire situation touched my heart and my spirit. Your manager and her team should be recognized for their integrity, and more importantly, for how well they represented your company during this exchange. As we close out this Christmas season and begin a year anew, my hope is that you all will take this opportunity to thank them and to recognize them for the amazing people that they are. My husband as a first responder, and myself as a victim advocate, we do what we do to make a difference in our world. It’s incredibly important that all people, irregardless of their titles, know that their simple acts of kindness can make a world of difference, even if for only just that one person. We had an issue with another vendor in trying to contract for pregame meals for a middle school athletic team, and when I explained our situation Mandy worked with me to contract the same price points and choices that our previous vendor tried to take away. “I haven’t been to subway in over 17years to this location. I was actually shocked how much the inside had changed and how fresh the subs were. My son loves subway. Irina and Navya were so nice and very nice to my son. A greats atmosphere to enjoy our lunch! I usually don’t leave reviews but felt like as much as this subway has changed they deserved it! Fast and great service!“
