Cooper was hands down the best! I’ll definitely be coming back as long as he’s there to assist us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, prepared our order quickly, and had us in and out in no time. He even offered great recommendations for our sandwiches, knowing they wouldn’t be eaten until the next day.

“I’ve never had anything bad here. The breakfast croissant and burrito are amazing. They have the best BLT in the area. Even the sides are excellent. The prices are usually reasonable but for some items I think they charge a little much ($3.50 for apple juice?). The staff are friendly enough to remember your name after a few visits. Ordering is easy with the new order screens. I really like being able to have a quality breakfast early in the morning when the only other option is McDonalds drive through. I’ve only had a few lunch items, the Rueben was quite tasty. Highly recommend even if you have to go out of your way. Sometimes I’ll drive all the way from Cumming just for a sandwich.“

“I have not had firehouse subs for such a long time and I must say Lisa and Jeffery were extremely friendly and inviting. They gave me and my family an awesome customer service experience that makes me want to come back to their location!!! “Under the new management last year, this sandwich shop has become my go-to lunch spot. I've tried several sandwiches, and my favorites are the Philly cheesesteak and the Proscuitto with fresh Mozzarella, both are excellent. I've also heard great things about the tuna sandwich, so that's definitely next on my list.

If you're looking to skip the carbs, they offer salad options too, but it's hard to resist their sides. The French fries, chicken tenders, and wings are seriously addictive. Portions are very generous. I've even saved leftovers to finish for dinner more than once. Overall, if you want a quick but flavorful lunch, you definitely need to check this place out!“

“It was busy and the staff was working hard and working together. The seating area was clean, drink station well-maintained and atmosphere made me comfortable as I dined solo.
I ordered my favorite, Jalepen̈o Holly on a croissant with a side of fruit. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was on of the best fruit cups I've had.“

“I was greeted promptly. Asked all the right questions. Everyone was in a good mood and working as a team. Great group of young people… actually working! There were blonde and brunette girls, and a young man with longer style dark hair. All very friendly and quick.“

“I first tried Blimpie over a year ago when they still had a store in Gainesville. I ordered The Blimp sandwich and I was surprised at the size of it. As for how it tasted, it was very good. Compared to other sub sandwich restaurants, I found Blimpie to have more of everything in their sandwiches. When the Blimpie in Gainesvlle closed, through Google Maps, I found the next closest one to be on Friendship Rd. I went there for an early dinner and while a smaller location, the atmosphere was homey and the person up front was exceptionally cordial. I ordered a regular Hoboken Hero combo with chips and a drink to go. The sandwich was great with all the meats and condiments blending together creating a feeling of bliss. A great place for sub sandwiches!“

“I've b a n having a huge issue at other Jimmy John's locations were my sandwich is straight trash. I had a crazy day at work and the boyfriend wanted to cheer me up on his way home, me still stuck at work, tried, hungry and covered in filth. He came to this location and placed his order at 5:31pm on Sunday December 14, 2025. Gabrielle took the order but my shout out goes to whoever the master is at making my sandwich perfect! I had tears of joy because lately when I go to my favorite sandwich shop, Jimmy John's, it's trash. I was so happy one opened right down the road from my work in Braselton but it was one of the worst subs I've had from any Jimmy John's next to the one in Alpharetta that gave me brown rotten lettuce. To the gentleman who took the time(crazy fast according to my boyfriend) I want to personally thank you for doing such a good job. I always get a veggie sub, extra cheese, disgusting amount of extra mayo, light lettuce, add pickles, onions, and Jimmy peppers. Thank you for actually filling my sandwich with veggies. Thank you for caring. I truly appreciate you. You made me so happy simply by caring and making such a delicious sub. I truly hope your manager or the owner sees my review and lets you know how truly happy you made a fellow customer service employee this evening. “The atmosphere in the restaurant was light and airy. The only thing that made it a little bit annoying was as the sun was starting to descend in the sky, it got brighter and brighter in the restaurant!

To Whom It May Concern: My name is Jennifer Turner-Lynn, and I visited the 860 Duluth Highway, Unit 1040, Lawrenceville, Ga, Firehouse Subs location on the evening of December 11, 2021. As someone who works for a non-profit and who also works closely with the public, I am all too familiar with the inclination of folks to complain versus praise, and so I wanted to make it a point to highlight your exemplary staff and the very touching situation that unfolded that evening. My husband loves Firehouse subs, especially since he is a firefighter and a paramedic, so we decided to stop in prior to watching a movie across the road. When my husband and I arrived, there was one other couple dining in, but by the time our food arrived, we were solo, in addition of course to your team. Shortly thereafter, a single female entered the restaurant. She presented with some challenges – either homeless, mental health, maybe a combination of both. She went to the counter and told the manager that she was hungry. My ears perked up at this point, as I work with victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault many of whom often experience homelessness, mental health, and substance use challenges. The manager, Alyssa, simply looked at the young woman and told her she would be glad to make her something to eat. She treated her with dignity, respect, and compassion – I’m tearing up just recalling her breadth of humanity. The firehouse team went to work, with everyone simply treating this young woman like a paying customer, and more importantly like a human. I don’t know what your company policy is on “free” food, but in case there are some “terms,” I wanted to share that your manager’s graciousness resulted in me going to the counter and purchasing a $25.00 food card for them to place with her meal, so that she could return as a paying customer in the future. The entire situation touched my heart and my spirit. Your manager and her team should be recognized for their integrity, and more importantly, for how well they represented your company during this exchange. As we close out this Christmas season and begin a year anew, my hope is that you all will take this opportunity to thank them and to recognize them for the amazing people that they are. My husband as a first responder, and myself as a victim advocate, we do what we do to make a difference in our world. It’s incredibly important that all people, irregardless of their titles, know that their simple acts of kindness can make a world of difference, even if for only just that one person. “I rarely leave reviews, especially on chains, but I wanted to give a shout out to the employees working here on a busy Wednesday 11:30am lunch rush. They were short-staffed and very busy, but werre highly professional, communicative, and apologetic about the wait. I am always happy to be kind and patient for those in the service industry.“

“I've come to this location multiple times and everytime I've have a great experience.
I dont really understand how anyone with a fully developed frontal cortex can give a sandwich shop anything less than 4 or 5 star. Sure the employees may not be the most optimistic or joyous of their job but lets be honest who really wakes up in the morning wanting to go to work making sandwiches for a bunch of random people. You gotta give the employees some slack for the B.S. they put with everyday and still deciding to show up. They make the sandwiches pretty fast most of the time expect when hordes of people show up and the line is backed up because the family of 5 in front of me forgot they wanted combos.
The pricing is fair for what your getting a sandwich alone well run you 9 to 12 dollars and combos can vary from 12 to 18 which isn't bad.
The shop always looks well maintained and the staff are happy to help with anything that you might need you just gotta ask, shocking right 🤯.“

Both sandwiches were missing cheese, had only 2–3 pieces of meat, the wrong bread, and they were skimpy with every other ingredient. Almost the entire order was wrong. We had an issue with another vendor in trying to contract for pregame meals for a middle school athletic team, and when I explained our situation Mandy worked with me to contract the same price points and choices that our previous vendor tried to take away. Her responsiveness and honesty in communicating what she could vs could not offer were refreshing.
