I occasionally miss a pickle but this is ridiculous. firehouse corporate says they cannot provide refund

I am VERY disappointed that I was told that this place does NOT honor T-Mobile Tuesdays Free Deals. Had a free Hook & Ladder Sub that was not honored. I still honored my order.
It was 15 minutes before my 1 sandwich order was ready. This was not due to low employees. There were 4-5 people working.
My Hook & Ladder was delicious but will not patronize this establishment.
