Quick and efficent
Our burgers were good and I loved that they verified the order before making it and giving it to us since we had a special request. Wendy's fries could always use a little help, but that's just my opinion.
Very fast service and tasty and hot burger!

Wendy's is a popular restaurant known for its quality food and customer service. The restaurant serves hot and fresh burgers with melted cheese, a notable difference from other burger chains. Customers appreciate the clean and well-maintained environment, with some noting that it looks like a new store. The ordering process is simple, with many opting to order at the kiosk, and the staff calling out names when food is ready, which helps avoid direct interaction. The Coke freestyle machine works perfectly, adding to a good lunch experience. The drive-thru offers affordable options like the $5 Biggie Bag, which includes a burger, 4 chicken nuggets, small fries, and a small drink, providing a filling meal. Customers also mention the staff's friendly and professional attitude, handling issues calmly and efficiently. Overall, Wendy's is recognized as one of the most well-run fast food places in years, consistently providing great service and food.
