The food is good but the employees aren't the best. The guy Devante seem to have an attitude as if he really was in a rush for our order. He also never directly handed me the cup he sort of threw it on the counter like it was an issue

Jimmy John's offers good food and fair pricing, with sandwiches costing $9 to $12 and combos from $12 to $18. The shop is always well maintained. Employees may not seem optimistic, but they make sandwiches pretty fast and are happy to help if asked. One customer had a bad experience with an employee who had an attitude and threw a cup on the counter. Another has come multiple times with great experiences. A third has gone for a month with phenomenal service, with orders made the way they want and pleasant conversation making them feel safe.
