Subway is a welcoming restaurant located in a plaza, known for its clean store and friendly owner who truly cares about the franchise. The ingredients are fresh, and the staff makes an effort to accommodate customer requests, demonstrating excellent customer service. Diners can choose to eat in or take out, with plenty of parking available. The store features great app/store integration. However, there have been instances where customers' requests were not fully met, such as a request for sauces on the side being denied due to lack of containers. Despite this, the staff remains friendly and attentive. Recently, a customer praised the service after ordering three subs, a cookie, and a bag of chips online. The sandwiches were labeled, and the cookie was hot and soft, showcasing the quality of food and service at this Subway.
