Barista is always rude.
Two young girls were working there today and the service was horrible. I told them my mocha frappe did not taste right and the ice was super chunky and they acted like I did something wrong lol “I’ll make you another one but it’s going to taste the same.” This generation is so rude and slacking
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at the Starbucks inside Kroger. I spent close to $30 on drinks I’ve ordered many times before, including my usual caramel Frappuccino. When I received it, it was clearly made incorrectly—it was almost white with caramel drizzle, instead of the typical light brown color.
