The wait is usually so long, their card readers do y work in the drive thru sometimes and they are usually short staffed. They are so close to my job and usually leave me disappointed. They have made me wait over 20 mins in the drive thru.

There is only ever one person working there and it takes 20 minutes to get a drink. The barista was rude and didn't seem in any hurry to get the drinks out.

The staff is super nice and very helpful. The best thing about this place is the person who makes ice Carmel macchioto, makes it perfectly. I have been to so many Starbucks but they always seem to mess up. I think this person at this make the best ?

Is this Starbuck closing? If not, their employee is definitely want to or act like the store is closing soon.Bad customer service, long wait line. The employee (1, yep, 4-5 years ago, still the same) is just taking his time, don’t seem to care. I should have check the comments before wasted my time at this location.

Horrible customer service!!Gave me the opposite of what I ordered and on top of that, the lady who took my order went ahead and did someone else’s drink first, that ordered after me…Not sure if skin color had a role in her decision but I wouldn’t be surprised….Worst Starbucks experience BY FAR!!Wasted $10+ because I didn’t even take my drinks since they weren’t what I ordered…

I make my purchase on the app. I arrive only to be told that the "Expresso machine was down and they could not make my drinks." The barrister offered other options but I didn't want any of those so I simply said "no thank you" and requested a refund. She then tells me that "she can't refund my order since I paid thru the app." So I then ask if she can just issue a gift card/store credit for the amount but she says "she can't do that either and proceeds to tell me to go to another location and show them my order on my phone and let them know that I already paid and they should make my drinks." I told her that I did have time for that and to just refund my order...after 10mins of back and forth another employee was up and asks what happened. After being informed she then simply opened the cash drawer and refunded my money. I absolutely hate Starbucks! I only tried them because they were close and I was in a hurry but lesson learned...they'll never see a cent from me again. Stupid and a complete waste of time!

this Starbucks is good the tall guy and Joey always makes my drinks 10/10.. I stop coming in the mornings there close or they don’t make the drinks right :(

My wife order a caramel rainbow crunch she wanted a vente they didn’t have a lid for it so she end up getting a medium then they didn’t have straws to drink the ice coffee, they told her to go to the kroger deli to get one, very poor customer service not the Starbucks standards for sure ,very disappointing..

the Starbucks manager should be fired. How can you not have a drink and when the customer gets there you just say "oh you'll get a refund." How? When? The Starbucks manager wouldn't even give a receipt and laughed and said "oh yeah that won't be ready for another couple hours." She is a joke of a manager and should be fired. It's one thing to not have a drink but then say "call corporate" and lie and say a refund was given when it wasn't. 2nd time this has happen with the same manager. She is truly a pathetic manager

first visit took 20 minutes for one drink, they even got my latte wrong. second visit, took my ice latte order, but they apparently had no ice.. third visit, the espresso machine was “broken”. worst starbucks experience
