I had an unpleasant experience the first time I came to this location and I mentioned it today when I returned. The store manager not only apologized but corrected their mistake from my last experience and made sure I was properly taken care of on this visit.
So happy that management has changed! Tony helped me tonight and his customer service was GREAT! Even when I brought up the previous bad service he had nothing bad to say, just let me know that management changed. Very impressed! So glad that the owner of this franchise has finally picked a great manager that gives great customer service!
