If I could give negative stars I would. On Friday March 22nd I ordered from the Little Caesars in Lawrenceville, GA Store Order ID: 1023112 • Store Location Number: 8070. I placed my order at 5:05 PM and went to the local Kroger supermarket to walk around while I waited for my order. I kept checking the tracker but it was not updating. At 5:50 PM I walked into Little Caesars and saw a line of people waiting, approximately 10 to 15 people. I went to the cashier and told him my order and he said he would check on it. He went to the back and didn’t come out for 15 minutes while the line grew longer and longer. Eventually realizing he may have forgotten about me I got back in the line, which now had about eight people not including the 7 or 8 people waiting on the side and I waited for another 30 minutes for him to be able to get to me. The young man that was on the cashier was also in the back, taking orders out of the oven boxing them, and was not coming out often enough to acknowledge the people in the line. It appeared they were shortstaffed and did not come up with a good game plan to figure out how to manage the Friday night rush. Finally an hour and a half after placing my order I was able to get his attention to tell him that I wanted to cancel my order. At that point he went back to the kitchen area for another 10 minutes, then came out with my order which was and wrong and completely cold my online order was completely inaccurate and clearly had been sitting there for a long time. It wasn’t even lukewarm. The other customers were clearly upset. I am not sure how this situation can be resolved, but it’s really unacceptable to have people waiting upwards of two hours, and not be adequately staffed for a Friday night. I wish I could have gotten a refund but because of the long wait just to get the cashiers attention I didn’t even bother going back in the store to complain.
