Their blizzards are consistently delicious. I only wish the customer service were better because when my husband went to use my daughter's phone/DQ app to take advantage of a deal [because his own app was malfunctioning], the male worker at the register was rude, saying to my husband, 'I'll do it this time, but since this is not your phone/app, I'm not going to let you use it next time'.What???Did the phone's ownership really matter? Ashley helped me with the app. This location doesn't do online orders but you can use the app at the store. The two team members were great. Even walked up to me when I walked chatting about Niantic and POIs with other customers. I'm not a fan of the food and nothing was wrong with it just not my taste, I tried the fish ? to contrast the Archfish with onion ? with the special ¢58 Blizzard via the app. ? Service was great however I am not feeling their new bacon onion and cheeseburgers. Their burgers were actually not seasoned well either. I need them to go back to the drawer board on the burgers.
