The bearded man is always angry, he is never friendly, he doesn't even ask if you need something, not at all attentive to the customer.

Service was great however I am not feeling their new bacon onion and cheeseburgers. Their burgers were actually not seasoned well either. I need them to go back to the drawer board on the burgers.

Their blizzards are consistently delicious. I only wish the customer service were better because when my husband went to use my daughter's phone/DQ app to take advantage of a deal [because his own app was malfunctioning], the male worker at the register was rude, saying to my husband, 'I'll do it this time, but since this is not your phone/app, I'm not going to let you use it next time'.What???Did the phone's ownership really matter? It's those little, unhelpful comments that can ruin an entire experience.

Ashley helped me with the app. This location doesn't do online orders but you can use the app at the store. The two team members were great. Even walked up to me when I walked chatting about Niantic and POIs with other customers. I'm not a fan of the food and nothing was wrong with it just not my taste, I tried the fish ? to contrast the Archfish with onion ? with the special ¢58 Blizzard via the app. ? The blizzard is what you'd expect. Very tasty. I think next time I'm going to get extra lettuce on the fish sandwich. Onion rings were kind of small, but I guess that's consistency for frying purposes.Parking: ♿My only gripe is that there's a BMW always backed in parked at the handicap spot. ♿ I know there's plenty of parking but that car is always there so let's save that for people that need it and express empathy.Kid-friendliness: It's nice and open with high chairs

This place absolutely sucks me and my wife came in 20 minute before they closed. I am in the restaurant business myself and I would never treat any customer the way this employee did. Not welcoming at all and as soon as we came in the employee yelled out profanity and proceeded to take our order in an unpleasant manner. If I could rate this place a 0 out of 5 stars I would. Don’t come to this place.Parking: Horrible place don’t come

Went to the East Crogan St in Lawrenceville with my daughters for lunch. I ordered a meal deal with chicken strips and paid extra for cheese curds with the sundae and another meal deal with cheeseburger, FF and sundae. The cashier was friendly but may have been new since she didn't know how to ring up for the cheese curds substitution. No biggie. I requested to have the sundaes After they ate their meals. Well, they brought them out 1st and explained that I requested them to come out after the meals. The boy said no problem, but we saw him put them in the fridge or freezer. When the meals arrived there were 2 cheeseburger and FF meals. I brought one of them back to the register and told the cashier that one was supposed to be chicken strips with cheese curds. They said they would bring it back out. A few minutes later the cashier came to confirm that it was a cheeseburger with cheese curds. ‍ I said no, supposed to be chicken strips with cheese curds. A min later the manager or owner rudely came out and said to look at my receipt because it was rung up as a cheeseburger with cheese curds meal. I then said that it was rung up incorrectly. So he said that it would be right out. The food was okay but ridiculous just to get the meal I had ordered. Also, when I went to get the 2 sundaes, they pulled them out of the freezer and handed them to me.
